Today I did my morning stretches and they felt great. Later I measured my length and I am larger than let month. So now I’m 7.40 bpel. I still have to jelq later on today, but I am planning on continuing my manual exercises for another month before I start hanging.

I measured in the morning after a good stretching session and I was amazed that I was so close to my short term goal. Tonight I was sitting around watching the hornets game and decided to measure again. I was thinking that measuring immediately after stretching may have caused some “inflated” length measurement this morning. I measured and came up with the same reading or maybe a little more. I think I am actually 7.5 BPEL, but I don’t want to put that down until I am positive about that length. My girth is staying the same as I am not really focusing on girth. I still have to do my jelqing tonight before I go to bed. I didn’t have a chance to fowfer today, but I have every intention of fowfering tomorrow while I am at work.

Thanks, I’m fortunate to be gaining. I think it’s due to the consistency and increased intensity of my routine. I wasn’t able to jelq last night. I ended up masturbating about 5 times instead. So today I can’t PE since I’m at work. I will be able to fowfer later,but thats all I will be able to do for today and tomorrow.

Yeah I think the slight increases help. I noticed a bit of a halt and wasn’t feeling as full, so I raised my jelqs by 3 minutes and stretching as well. Yesterday my ligs were sore again for the first time in a while. Since you fowf sitting, have you tried the bed fowfer too? Did you feel the seated fowfer works better?

I don’t feel as good of a stretch from the bed fowfer. The sitting fowfer causes me to feel a tremendous stretch. I get very uncomfortable with the bed fowfer and the sitting is so much easier for me.

The only way I do them is when I’m sitting on my sofa or recliner. I think sitting on a hard chair would kill my dick. I’m a fairly big man weight wise and sitting on my dick in a hard chair would definitely cause some NI’s.

Due to an extremely busy day at work I was unable to fowfer today. Tomorrow is another day and I shall fowfer.

Late in the night at work and I am finally able to fowfer. I am not sure how long I will be able to as I am getting tired and I do not do bed fowfers. Hopefully I will be able to stay awake for a little while longer and get some stretch in tonight.

Doing my fower today at work. Going to do my 3 hours of fowfering, then I plan on going to sleep. Once I get home tomorrow I can continue to do my regular routine.

I did my exercises yesterday and it was a very good workout. While I was working out there was a girl here who wanted to see what I was doing.
