My goal at the moment is to just manual stretch. I’m 5.5x5.5 inches, my goal being 7x6 but I’m not worried about girth atm.

In the upcoming months I’ll be experimenting and see what works best for me. I won’t use a set time routine for my stretching but rather go by feel and how sore/tired my penis gets.

Stretched for an hour today.

Another 1 hour stretch session.

I’m not sure if I’m putting enough pressure. Yesterday during the pulling my ligs were sore Today there was no such sensation.

57m stretch session. Had to masturbate 15m in — kept getting hard. My penis is much stretchier than a couple days ago.

If you’re in to manual stretching then I’d recommend reading the threads below (if you haven’t already).
It seems like around 1 hour a day of stretching is lot, and you could probably make more progress with less effort.
I would have also expected you to have felt something a long time before that 1 hour mark.

In case it’s useful for you read about a different experience, here’s how it goes for me in a 10 minute session:
First, I warm up for 5 minutes with a rice sock. I then take an OK or overhand grip behind the glans and stretch straight out or down as far as it will go without having to exert much force. I hold for a minute or two. Then, I gradually apply force and watch my penis stretch maybe 0.3cm. I then hold it as this stretched point for another 7 minutes but I only use as much force necessary to hold it there. If I need to change position or grip in that 7 minutes I will stop, apply a rice sock, stretch out without much force for 30s, and then apply force as above and hold. In this way the penis feels "worked" after 5 minutes or so, and I sometimes reduce the force/stretch to maintain the level of comfort. In terms of the sensation, I find that at the right level of stretch it is very enjoyable. I apply a rice sock for at least 10 minutes once I have finished.

My flaccid stretches out bigger than my erect length. I do feel now that my penis was worked from the previous day. There is a sensation there that keeps reminding you have a penis. It’s fatigue really.

I read the threads you posted. Gp’s routine starting out didn’t differ much from mine.

Personally, right now, I have the time and determination to put in extra work. If it doesn’t work out for me I’ll have to reassess. But I think it will.

Ok Another hour session. I keep needing to masturbate else my penis gets turned on.

This might be the most boring Prog Reports ever. It keeps me on track to log it daily.

I’m finding a straight out stretch angle provides more tension and straight down does not but I sense it in the ligaments. So I’m using an in-between angle of those two and it’s nice.

One hour of stretching session. Felt good today after a day of rest.

I have a big surprise.. I did one hour stretching session..

But some improvements. My grip has gotten much better. I can pull with a little more force without it being bothersome on my glans. I have foreskin so what I do is pull the skin back and wrap a small piece of toilet paper right under the head and it works perfect. I did my hour and I actually wanted to do more. Usually I feel some decompensation right at the end — this time I was motivated.

My flaccid stretched length is quite a bit longer than my erect length. Close to an inch longer. I had to bust a nut 20 minutes to kill my boner like usual.. Excited for whats to come.

I made sure to save a photo of my erect length measurement pre PE as I plan to post progress pictures.

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

Hey PF8,

I have not done such routine. I will be willing to add in other beneficial exercises down the line. Currently only stretching because I want all my effort to go into gaining length. This is most important to me right now and I don’t want to take time away from that to jelq(Which I’m aware can help you gain length also but it’s seen mostly as a girth exercise). I’ve also read the theory that making your penis thicker will make it harder to increase it’s length. I’m not aware of how truthful that is however. So yeah, I’m doing the most direct exercise possible right now. Also because I know how I am and how my brain works and what keeps me focused. I have severe ADD and trying different exercises for example would kill my drive. I’m more effective doing one thing I can watch videos while doing. Thanks for looking out and I hope you enjoy my future progress.

I stretched for a good hour. I’m really not sure if I’m pulling with enough force. Apparently it’s more about constant tension than pure force. I guess I will eventually find out through measurements if it’s working. I only notice a lower hang for a few minutes then it’s back to normal. No noticeable erect length gains but obviously it’s been a little over a week.

1 hour stretch. I was planning on having a rest day tomorrow and it just so happens I was feeling a burning sensation on the left side of the ligament while stretching. It was only there for a few minutes I have no idea if that’s actually a bad thing.
