Hello guys i started PE 5-6 months ago. Back then i was hardly 6.5 bpel and 6 nbpel. Maybe i was above average but in my mind i was in the average to small range. I found Thundersplace because i was looking to overcome performance anxiety with kegels and edging.

After a while i started stretching but i was too afraid and it took me 1.5-2 months to master my stretching technique. In the begging i stretched in every direction for 30 seconds. I had some newbie gains: i went to 6.7-6.8 bpel and i was convinced that PE works. Then i read marinera’s thread tips and tricks for manual stretching and all change. I also read everything this guy says about stretching and growth and i create my routine.

My routine: I stretch for 30-35 minutes total, sometimes more lets say 40 minutes. Usually i take no rest days but i found that every day stretching for too long affects my EQ and my sexual perfomance, so i take at least 1 day off(6/7), and one day i stretch for 15-20 minutes.

I hold every stretch for 2-3 minutes with moderate tension enough to keep my penis enlongeted. The V grip really helps a lot. I stretch only downward because this stretch targets the dorsal side of tunica, which is the most important. We have no tunica under the penis, thats why upward stretches is more or less a waste of time. Also i do the downward fulcrum stretch known as A stretch. I try to hold this fulcrum stretch for 2-3 minutes. I dont count them i alternately do simple downward stretches and downward fulcrum stretches untl i reach 30-35 minutes.

I never use heat because i dont have the privacy and i edge after every stretching session to restore my blood flow. This June i was 6.7 bpel and with this routine now i am 7.5 bpel, which is 0.8 gain in 4 months. Totally i have gained 1 inch bpel and nbpel in 5-6 months. I really cant believe it, but i worked hard and i was extremely consistent despite the fact that i was going stealth.

Now my goal is to reach 8 bpel and 7.5 nbpel. Recently i have added heat before my downward fulcrum stretches and it seems to work perfect because i am already seeing Bpfsl gains and i suspect that i am a little over 7.5 bpel but we will see.

I dont want to post photos of my dick on the internet, but i want others to try this stretching routine. Maybe i will post photos when i reach 9 bpel LOL.

Those are some nice gains in a short period of time, congrats.

Thank you very much Kjdeet. I am looking at your progress thread with a lot of interest.

BPFSL is now 8. I believe i have gained 1.5 BPFSL total( i am not sure about my pre pe BPFSL).

Fulcrum stretches with heat really makes the difference and works great.

Do you do any jelq after stretch? Congrats to your gain mate.

Thanks. No i am affraid to jelq, i have never tried. I want achieve my length goal first.

You know many would say: “Don’t stretch for 30-40 minutes a day if you’re a newbie. You must rest!” And here you are, gaining like a boss! I’m not saying that they’re wrong or anything, but it just goes to show that we are all different and the newbie routine isn’t always best for newbies. You are propably gonna gain more in a year than I gained in many years in the past.

Like Louisdang asked though, I too, want to know do you stretch after a piss? Like piss pulls.

Yes i do light stretches every time i piss and sometimes i do an A stretch because after that i hang longer.

When i start to stretch for 35 minutes i already had 2 months experience with normal stretches.

I think the problem with the newbies is the intensity. They stretch with high forces and if you stretch with high forces for too long the result is injury. They think that if they pull with more strength they will gain more.

Before i start my routine i read carefully many threads here and there are people in this forum who knows whay they say.

I stretch for more than 30 minutes but i focus on how much my penis is stretched, i dont care about the force. I relax into the stretch and i just hold it there.

I think that the key to keep gaining is to not make your tunica tougher very fast. This can happen when someone tries too many things in a short period of time. You want to grow your tunica patiently not to make her stronger with too much stress.

I am still 7.5 bpel at my max erection parallel to the floor. I want to past the 7.5 mark and the 1 inch barrier.

I dont want to start a new thread about that but i want an opinion of someone who has experience with fulcrum stretches.

About the A stretch: Should i place my penis flat on the fulcrum or to the side? I think that when i place the side of my penis on the fulcrum i target the tunica better. And if i place my penis flat on the fulcrum and stretch it, is it harmful for the urethra in the long run?

I am a little over 7.5 bpel but it may be a measurement variety.

My pc muscle is very strong right know after 6-7 months of kegels. If i kegel hard when i measure i can reach 7.75 bpel. Thats awesome because i can use it during sex and gain almost 0.2 for 3 seconds LOL.
