Took 2 days off was kinda busy didn’t have time. Back at it.

1 hour of stretching again.

I felt penis being stretched a little longer today.

Did 1 hour of stretching followed by 10 minutes of jelqing. First time I try this. Just wanted to restore some blood to my penis, I don’t know if I’ll make it a regular thing though, because I don’t want to have to clean up a greasy dick.

My flaccid is noticeably a little bit bigger. Just a little.

Not sure what you’re using but I use coconut oil and it literally takes me around 5 seconds to clean off the excessive oil with toilet paper. It also helps keep the skin moisturized.

I was using literally cooking oil.

I did an hour of stretching. No jelqing. I disliked the jelqing for it’s after effects. My penis was more stiff and hard even flaccid. I couldn’t get as good a stretch first like 20 minuted because of the tightness in the tunica. Also I kept getting hard even after I orgasmed beforehand which hadn’t happened in awhile.

P.s: Spell check doesn’t think “orgasmed” is a word.

I would be careful with stretching for 1 hour….dick fatigue is real and completely messed with PI’s

not sure you understand the need for jelqing.

It’s more than just an exercise as it promotes good blood flow into the penis thus making your penis more healthy and better prepared for PE.

I stretch for 10-20 mins and Jelq for 10-20 mins lots of variations of stretching and Jelq techniques.

A stretch I recommend is BTC basically pull your penis between your legs to your bum hole.

Also V and A stretches and any stretch which isn’t straight out as straight out can build the tunica over time making it harder to gain.

Your penis gets used to exercises and you constantly have to trick it and shock it into growing and reacting to PE.

Honestly at this point my penis has been asking for more. I get hard easy and my erections stay strong. I also have a longer flaccid hang after the stretching and throughout the day, but this isn’t always the case.

As for some negatives. My penis head does get a little purple during the stretching but goes away as soon as I stop. I assume this is from lack of circulation from the grip, but not actual bruising otherwise It’d stay. I did try jelqing, but I found it made my penis stiffer and less stretchable(the next day.).

I stretched for an hour again today. I find the left side of my base is stretchier than the right side, and can get sore after stretching for a bit. I currently don’t own a tool to measure bone pressed as I have tape and not a ruler.
