I need a better length routine, please help!
I started PE in November 2012 and I did the newbie jelq routine consistently for 2 months. I also added a few manual stretches sometimes but very irregularly. My starting stats were BPEL=6.8 inches, EG=5.45 inches and after those 2 months my stats were BPEL=7 inches, EG=5.7 inches. After that I stopped PE for a while and my length came back to 6.8 inches BPEL while my girth remained the same i.e 5.7 inches. I restarted PE roughly 2 months ago focusing only on length so I started doing only stretches< 8 min warmup, 10 min stretches for 30 sec each, 2 on 1 off. I was not very regular for the first month but the sec month I was very consistent. I measured my length recently and it is still the same i.e 6.8 inches BPEL and 5.7 inches EG.
I think the newbie stretching routine is not working for me so please can someone suggest me a better routine. I am only focused on length for now so I don’t want to work on my girth. And hanging is off the table for me since I live with my parents. Please someone suggest me a better routine I only want 0.5 inches in length for now. Sorry for not being very constructive I’m just a bit depressed right now.
Also my LOT is 6 (straight down) if that helps.
