Something insane happened today. I have been hanging again and my BPFSL is at 9”

I went on vacation for 3 days and I did probably ten minutes total every day of stretches, hard ones with dish washing gloves, usually fulcrum pulls, and I kept pulling even when getting erect. Looks like it worked?

Yeah thanks, but for some reason my BPEL is not following. It always used to be .5” behind I think. But my body is not a machine it does not know to stay an exact half inch behind, as of right now it is pretty much a full inch. Here’s hoping.

Gee I might have to follow this 10 minute stretching routine of yours. Out of curiosity what do you use for a fulcrum?

I don’t measure BPFL but last time I did it was shorter than my BPEL. Go figure.

You are moving on up there — I bet your BPEL will catch up soon.

It will follow don’t worry. I had this same thing happen when I was chasing 8”. Stick with the plan. In fact stick with what you have done in the last 10 days. “A” stretches are a great way to work it deep.

Kool, I use my thumb! I really like it. When I hang I do it over a supplement container. It’s “girth” is about 12 inches around…Lucky container.

Here is the tricky thing, and I bet you can help me figure it out. Before going on my vacation, I hung a few times but I was mainly jelqing a lot and pumping! I don’t know which is responsible!

I think shock hanging works well for length gains sometimes. I had a stretch where my BPSFL was stuck at 8.5 and I couldn’t hang much so I was just jelqing and stretching. Then I decided to use an ADS and hang in my car during lunch. I was doing a sort of fulcrum hang up and over the bottom of the steering wheel. Suddenly (2 or 3 days) my BPSFL jumped to 9” for the first time. So maybe jelq and pump 4 or 5 days in a row then hang for 2 days then rest for a few. Just an idea.

The conventional wisdom is that pumping in better for girth than length (though you can get some length from it), and low erection jelqs are good for length (though you can get some girth from those too). See that New Jelq City! thread by Cheeva for example. I have been doing those and seem to be getting back the length I lost.

Shunga’s idea sounds pretty good.

Hit right below 8.25” BP tonight. Basically 8.25 with a kegel. I am pretty excited!

Been jelqing a good amount, stretching, hanging and some days pumping. Guess I need to do all the angles?

I keep forgetting with girth work you NEED days off. I have been doing too much I got over-zealous with my gains. Tomorrow will be off completely, maybe the next day. I am considering a 3 weeks break semi soon. I believe I would make better gains.

Hell I read one story where this guy trained his unit hard with stretched and jelqs for 2 weeks, then he would take 4 off, and gain .25” EVERY time.

That is a portion of a “shunga” print. Shunga is a form of Japanese art. You can look it up on line just search for Shunga. My avatar is section of a print where a guy has a women on her back and he is entering her while holding her feet and legs up in the air. I’m not sure if I can post the entire picture for you to see…..

I did have a women pull up next to me once while I was hanging in a parking lot. I just threw a towel over my set up and kept going. She talked on the phone and ate a sandwich!

Be careful in that parking lot! I admire your dedication. I’ve always wanted to PE while I was in the car. Problem is I do too much PE anyway, I am forcing myself to cut back again. I truly became too obsessed with this.

Clamping is something I cannot do anymore. I shrink up every time even after short sessions. I’ll leave it at that.

I am re-evaluating everything, and My girth has not gone up at all, which is frustrating. I wish it would grow also. I need to re confirm my 8.25” BPEL but I even measured a second time on another day and it was there.
