Hanging over a RSDT using 12.5 lbs. Doing 30 minutes total. Sometimes I lose track and just go as long as possible.

I still have not gained in a while. I am going to start the “focus your theory and gain” workout. I did the tests and I need to do girth work to gain length apparently.

Can you post a link to this “focus your theory and gain” ?

I always have a hard time finding it but if you type that in the search bar it should come up. Iguana and Remek came up with it.

Found it. I have actually read that thread before. I decided I needed tunica work and went on a tear doing hanging only with no jelqing. I later found that hanging then jelqing directly after gave me better results. It is a great theory.

So do you have lower grade erections or a short BPEL/BPSFL ratio?

Yeah erections are so-so, and my BPEL is always .5” more than my BPEL.

Last night I hung for 2 sets, I will cut this down to one set of twenty minutes. I did some pretty heavy jelqing with my homemade jelq device, then clamped for 2 sets of 5 minutes. I am digging the new routine as girth routine (should gain me length) will take up much less time.

I have been experiencing pretty quick ejaculation recently. I used to be able to go for an hour at a fast pace, now it is only 10-15 at a slow pace. I think I wore the auto sleeve too much and it got sensitive again, and possibly a medication I am still awaiting to fully clear my system, who knows.

Well clamping does not treat me well. I have a hard and pretty shriveled flaccid today. I used to keep my bib wrap on after hanging, and I would jelq with it. It acted like a uli constriction device and would give me the HARDEST erections.I will just use that for my smooth muscle work.

I’m interested to see if you really gain length. You going to stick this out? I’m in the same boat as you really haven’t gained any length and fall into the same category when we talk about that theory.

I have tried everything else and I am completely fucking fed up with not gaining, Using the penimaster and static stretcher I got off you did help, but total it was only around .25” and I am too thick for the base of the PM now unfortunately, and the headpiece ALWAYS slips out. I did love it when it worked though, the days where my penis would actually ease into around an 8 inch stretch. It has been around 5 months I believe of not gaining, and this is the end of it. If this doesn’t work…I can’t believe I am about to say this but I am going to stop for 6 weeks. (Gasp)

My two times I took a one week break I felt like I had a heroine addiction.

I am also taking off days now. I never used to, ever. I think I will do 1 on 1 off, that’s a lot of recovery!

Splking, hows training? I remember you being around 20 lbs heavier than me and even a little shorter, making you INSANELY BUFF (not to toot my own horn) but I remember you talking about competing.

Man at least that some type of gains. I only gained 1/8” all year. Now I’m back to the bib hanger haven’t missed a day in 3 months. Still no great gains. That’s why I’m really interested to see how this works for you even though your a lot bigger than me.

Training has been going good. Been competing for 4 years now on a national level. For me it’s tuf to put size on so I’m trying to intake even more calories. Today was a good day. I got 9 meals in :)

So you guys are doing length and girth at the same time? I always thought you should hang for awhile only, and then do girth work later on?

Good God. I struggle with 5. No appetite here a lot of it is forced due to some of my medications. I’m only power lifting anyway though so it doesn’t matter nearly as much.

How much did you gain from the RSDT fulcrum? I’m hanging 3 sets in the am and 3 sets in the pm. I’m the same as you my BPFSL is 1/2 longer than my BPEL

I got 1/4” I believe. I got up to HEAVY weight…I think around 15 lbs? I used an extender a lot too after the time being.

The rule of thumb here is (and 90% of the members who did this, gained and agreed with the theory) that the larger the difference between the two measurements, the higher the chance your smooth muscle is the limiting factor, aka girthwork needs to be done, and the more traction devices and or hanging you do, will only reduce EQ and give very small length gains. Exactly what happened to me considering the mass hours I put in.
