Vacuum Pumping when you have ED; the short version, according to Avocet8

Like it really hard for me to even achieve a full on raging erection, unless I am super turned one (which has only happened lik twice). I injured myself about 2/3 months ago, then I saw this thread and actually started this program monday. I was just wondering if I can tell you what I am doing and you let me know if everything looks alright?

I am pumping between 2-5hg, staying in the tube for only 5 minutes. Then I take it out, wait for my penis to lose it’s plumpness and then pump again between 2-5hg for another 5 mins. I do this 4 times. Then when I am all done I apply the heat pad/wrap for 10 mins.
Does this seem about right to what you mentioned on your first post of this thread? I’m not overtraining it am I? Also I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and had some success with gaining their eq back.

I think you over-pumped. 10 HG is strenuous.

Yes, I read your thread and it appears things are improving.

If you pump now, don’t exceed 5 HG and keep your duration in the tube short. Pump for a few minutes, exit, wait till the erection has subsided, pump again. If you keep the pressure low, this won’t hurt you and may help improve circulation.

Yes I hope things will improve, actually I havent really achieved an erection from the pump until yesterday :) , I got it on my first set. Usually I just get some plumpness in my penis. Also I’m just keeping it in the pump for 5 mins (2-5hg) then wait for the plump feeling in my penis to go away. I do sets of 3, then just apply the heat pad for 10 mins. I hope it improves my circulation.

Hi redwings, water pumping? Not to sure what that is, I’m guessing I’ll need a different pump? Also why is it that it works better than air pumping?

I sit in the tub or shower and fill the pump with hot water. I use an aquarium tube with a hose, and the cylinder has an airlock on the tube between the tube and hose. I place the penis in the tube making sure there is no air and then place a suction on the tube. I get a massive pump and great amount of blood drawn into the penis. I try to do three sets of 5 minutes with light jelqing in between. I always get a better pump then when I just tried air pumping. I also try to jelq and pump in the morning and at night. Sometimes I only get one or the other in at both sessions. I seem to get less fluid build up on the penis too, from the pressure of the water in the pump.

Hopefully others with more experience will chime in.

I have been following Avocet8’s ED mini pumping routine for about 3 weeks with mixed results. About 10 days ago I had a great erection without constriction that lasted for 45 minutes. Since then not as successful. Last night and this morning I completed the routine and about 2 hours later I water pumped for 15 minutes and had a nice thick erection which I banded and then proceeded to have great sex with my wife.

She said it was great for her too, but has not yet mentioned any change in girth even though I could definitely feel the difference.

Well it’s almost/has been a week of doing the mini pump routines and my morning erections/nocturnal erections seem to have come back (last 3 days). Also spontaneous erections seem to be coming back slowly. I’ll keep you all posted with my progress

A lot of people seem to prefer water pumping to regular pumping for PE. Avocet8 (or anybody else), do you think the same holds true for this king of low pressure pumping?

I do not have enough experience (4 - weeks) to say if one is better than the other. I have followed the dry mini routine and have had some success. I will continue to follow the dry routine for a few more months in order to gain enough experience to form a conclusion.

I can say that I combine the low pressure routine with water pumping and have achieved great success. I now always water pump (3.5 - 5 Hg) before sex. I can’t say which helps me the most, but I can say the combined results have been great.

Hey guys, I’ve been pumping for 3 weeks now, along with taking 2.5mg of Cialis every night for the past 2 weeks, and while I’ve made progress, it’s been inconsistent. Morning erections are returning, but randomly (and never full), and my erections are stronger some days more than others. I did 1 5 minute session 6 days a week the first week and I’ve been doing 2 5-minute sessions for the past 2 weeks, 6 days a week (Tomorrow’s pump session will be my 6th day this week). Is it safe to up it an extra session each week (IE: 3 5-minute sessions next week, 4 5-minute sessions the week after, etc.) or could I risk overworking it?

If you can, end with an un-pumped erection after each pumping routine. That way you’ll know if things are OK, or if you’ve overdone some aspect of your routine.

Yes, with ED, some days are better than others. But work for the progress of more great days than not great. :)

Wow thanks for that idea, avocet. I’ll be using that from now on to test my progress in general. Also, I’ve read that some light stretching exercises can actually help a bit with ED problems. I’m think of maybe adding a very light/brief stretching routine in between sets. Do you have any opinion on that?

The idea came from gprent, who has a lot of good ideas.

Stretches are good. I used to do them right after rice sock warm-up at the start of my routine; maybe a minute, sometimes two, in all directions, plus a few more of them when I’d shower.

Then I’ll definitely add it in, although I’ll keep it light. Thanks.

I know you’re writing this piece about ED mitigation and not gains, so I have to ask, does this statement regarding productivity regardless of starting hard or flaccid apply only to ED workouts, or to gaining as well?

You get the same pumping benefit whether doing it as an aid to ED (shorter but repetitious pumps) or for PE. Does that answer what you’re asking?
