Vacuum Pumping when you have ED; the short version, according to Avocet8

What if safety valves got broke or upregulate? How would you know.

I remember that one of pumping vets on this board checked the vacuum created by one of those ‘medical designed’ vacuum pumps, without a gauge as well; found that the pressure generated could reach way more than what is considered safe and effective in the long run. I think for that price you can buy a better pump with a gauge. Anyway you can ask to vets with more knowledge of this field, like Avocet or Gprent; if you don’t get an answer here try pming them.

I just started pumping and I started out at 3 hg the next day at 3.5 then 4 then 4.5. When I got to 5hg for 5 minutes for 5 repetitions it ended up causing some pain at the end. Not a lot of pain but enough to have to take a break already. I had read that 5 hg for 5 minutes should have been okay and I know everyone is different. I would like to know if anyone has had this happen and should this have happened. In reading I found that if you want girth then it is best to go with 3 hg anyway and I am interested in girth. I am ultimately most interested in the ED.

I believe EQ is the best guideline for determining pumping level and vacuum level. If your EQ goes down back off a minute or reduce the vacuum by an hg until your EQ returns to desired level.,then, start increasing time by a minute or so every week until you reach 15 minutes without loss of EQ. This will help condition your dick to enable it to endure small increases in vacuum levels.

I personally feel 20 minutes to 30 minutes at 4 hg is a good level to build up to which should enable you to increase perminant girth. I increased my girth by over 1/2 inch over two years using this regemin. I have now hit a plateau so I have increased my routine to three 30 minute sessions at 4.5 hg.

I think right now that I will stick to 5 minute reps at 3 Hg for a little while longer but I will be headed to an increase to what you recommend.

It looks like the pain is due to skin stretching so it is not too bad.

Point your cursor at EQ and leave it there for a couple of seconds, and all will be revealed!

I was just looking a thread where Deca Durabolin gives a test on How to measure Erection Quality and with my ED I score low on it. How does low EQ play out when pumping? I can get an erection and put it in the cylinder and it seems that it will get much longer that way. Can any one help on this?

I am new to PE and I am yet to even build a pump. However I have lost Erectile quality over the last few years.

The question I had about pumping was that - should it be erect or semi erect before putting it in the pump ? Or will a pump harden up a non erect penis.

Pumping improved my EQ tremendously.

I can only speak for the hydropump (Bathmate), but semierect works better for me. Just feels better than erect. Gets everything lined up and headed in the right direction better than flaccid.

I always thought pumps were for old guys with ed issues, but I wouldn’t mind trying a hydromax seeing how so many guys report gains.

My understanding is it’s an approved application by the FDA. I’ve used pumping to gain and the EQ it provides is extraordinary.

Cool man is it like Viagra if you’ve ever tried it? I haven’t, but people say its cool for girth training.
