Is what I did to gain about an inch in length. All day stretching(4-16 hours) in the range of my BFSL interrupted by intense stretches(manual, hanging) for a short time.
So how long did it take you to get that inch ? Also when you went low weight long duration, how long wsd each session?
I really like your routine and congrats on your gains. It would be cool if could go more into detail on your routine.thumbs up.
