The minimum amount of time you should hang is 10h/week
Do not add anymore weights until you’re sure you’ve 100% plateaued with that weight

Are you doing other angles? You have to mix up the angles to get the maximum results per weight

For example
Day1: 1 hour of SD, 1 hour BTC
Day2: 1 hour of SO
Day3: 1 hour of SD
Day4: ….. etcetc

Hey guys I’m probably doing this all wrong but let’s just say I possess the time patience and privacy. Is it advisable to hang for 5-10 hours on a daily basis with a low weight no rest days but if feeling sore one lowers hang time but ultimately no rest days. Is this a recipe for disaster?

Success With More Time

It makes perfect sense to me. Typical hard gainer here. Length gains were made in my past. I probably took my cock from 7.75” to 8.25” at least 5 times. All this back and forward did nothing, only made my cock more resistant.

Just couldn’t seem to break through and get to 8.5”. I decided to lower the weights and increase the time and developed these marathon hanging sessions. 3× 50 min sets. Stated out with 5lbs and slowly increased. Was amazing to see how fast I was able to break through the old 8.5” barrier. Now comfortable with up to 22.5lbs 45 min. Still trying to get at least 3 sets done. Plenty of heat before with wrap and during with I.R. Heat. 7 month into the current program and finally arrived at 9” BPEL

I am starting hanging from tomorrow, one hour per day (3 x 20 mins), every day, 1-2 lbs weight depending on how it goes. I hope the setup I’ve got will hang okay. And I hope even more for gains.

RE:Routine.Am I headed in the direction

So its November now.. I remember thinking that if I wore an extender as instructed.. I would have 2 inches by now.. Then I switched to hanging seeking faster gains overtime I guess. It’s been 6 months.. My BPFSL has grown a little more than a .5”.. I believe most of that came from the extender.. I also lost 30 lbs since last year so I felt like my unit was looking kind of differently shaped in a way anyways.

I got a bib and a vac hanger from eBay. I think my technique and/or conditioning is finally allowing me to feel some fatigue (still unsure about this feeling). I’ve been doing sets with the bib starting at 6lbs then dropping down and that’s at a SD angle from 10 am to around 6 pm.. Then I use a vacuum hanger for BTC At 5 lbs for 4 hours or so. I’ve been using heat before the sets and at every hour with the VAC since its a 1x4hr set. I’ve been feeling kind of low and I am hoping that if I put in hella time and hella consistency.. Ill get my gains over a shorter period of time or better gains. I ve been kind of obsessed lately.. So sometimes ill go on a tangent.. For example earlier one day this week I hung for roughly 12 hrs using BIB and a VAC. I want gains bad as fuck to be honest and I feel like I’m almost at the point where I think I might be doing PE full-time.. I also smoke I’m not sure if this will affect gains other than EQ however I’m hoping to quit closer to my goal.. Is there anything else I should be doing or can look into for length gains? Is there more to it .. Than just strapping up and putting the weight on and putting in the time?

I would recommend using heavier weight. In my opinion the best gains come from hanging 12-15 lbs. For 10 hours a week, give or take.

So I got flaccid gains definitely.. However lacking the erect gains I am looking for. Up to 8-9 lbs

I second this recommendation. However using a compression clamp weight hanging device and the amount of time you hang for is critical. You definitely do not want your penis to turn cold or blue during the hang session, as that’s a sign you are cutting off blood flow. Keep in mind the heavier you go the sooner the cold, blue penis manifests itself.

The type of vac hanging device used is also important when going heavier. All of the injection molded vacuum type cups made in China are shallow in depth. The traction pull is primarily generated from the glans and not the shaft, not ideal at all. If you’re serious about making length gains, then you need to invest in good equipment. I can think of numerous sports analogies…. If you’re a distant runner, do you buy a quality pair of running shoes or some $9.99 Chinese Walmart specials? If you’re a golfer, do you buy quality clubs that are fitted to you or some Chinese Costco specials with rock flight golf balls? How about your car tires? Do you invest in rubber that is gonna take you down the road for 40-50K miles or the cheapest tires on the rack that last maybe 18K miles and perform like crap in the rain?

Blisters - how to avoid them and what to do if you get one

I wrote this article on blisters a number of years ago, it’s on our blog…. nothing has changed.

A red flag indicator that a blister is developing is an itchy or tingly sensation on the tip of your penis while you are hanging. If you recognize that sensation, stop your hang session immediately.

The only negative trait of vacuum hanging is the potential for a blister. I too have experienced an annoying blister and it took me some time to figure out exactly what causes them and how to avoid them. So let’s talk about what the main contributors are to creating a blister….
There are a variety of nuanced reasons for blisters, but the primary cause is trying to use too much weight or hang for too long of a time duration (or a combination of both) before you have developed the proper amount of skin conditioning. The meatus skin is very sensitive and delicate skin. Vacuum pressure is directly exerted upon this area, so it’s vitally important to find the glans protection wrap method that works best for you. We have three methods, all of which are based upon a personal preference. I suggest you experiment to find which method best suits you.
The process required to achieve the skin conditioning that allows you to successfully hang is analogous to getting a sun tan or working with your hands. You wouldn’t go out on the first day of summer and expose yourself to several hours of sun without getting burned. If you weren’t accustomed to working with your hands and decided to chop some wood one weekend you’d likely get blisters on the palms of your hands. Maybe these aren’t great analogies, but I think you understand the point I’m trying to make. So what is the best way to condition your meatus skin? The answer is to deliberately start with a light weight and hang time. In our instruction manual we have a suggested beginner routine. I started with only 3 lbs for 30 minutes, twice a day, one session in the morning and another session later in the afternoon or evening. It took me three full months of dedicated training 5-6 days per week to incrementally go from 3 lbs for 30 minutes up to 8 lbs for a full hour. For many men who already have a significant amount of PE training under their proverbial belt this initial beginner phase of conditioning seems to be too light, and the temptation to accelerate to heavier weight and longer hang sessions ends up being detrimental.
It’s very important to gradually make small incremental increases in weight and time. I used a pyramid method and this is an example…. starting with 3 lbs for two 30 minute sessions per day. After a solid week with this weight and time I increased the hang time by another 10 minutes, then after another week 10 more minutes, until I was up to a full hour with no complications. Then I added two pounds, but dropped back down to 30 minutes and repeated the same process over again. Remember the two fold goal is to reach fatigue and develop skin conditioning. Going heavier and longer isn’t a shortcut to greater / faster gains.
Now let me give you some inside baseball information on how to prevent a blister. There’s a distinct sensation to be aware of during your hang session, and if you can tune into it you will prevent a blister. If at any time during your hang session you feel a slight itchy or tingly sensation on the tip of your penis then that’s the red flag signal that you need to immediately stop your hang. If you ignore it or don’t recognize it you will develop a blister. If you heed this advice you will be on the road to successful weight hanging that will manifest length and girth gains and help you avoid blisters!
If you stop your hang once you feel this sensation, remove your chamber and inspect your penis / meatus skin. If you see a very small blister forming, say the size of a BB, leave it alone. Usually the next day your body will have absorbed the little bit of fluid and the skin will have re-attached. If however the blister is larger, say the size of a pea then sterilize a needle, pop and drain it, but don’t remove the skin! Apply some anti-biotic ointment like Polysporin or Neosporin and cover it with a small band aid to keep your clothing from rubbing against the area and aggravating it. Give it time to heal, usually 3 - 5 days depending on the severity and size of the blister. Begin to trim the dead skin away with some cosmetic scissors or a pair of fingernail clippers. During this healing time continue to do your hand stretching exercises. Do not pump or hang during the healing process. Bottom line…. live and learn. Once you resume your weight hang training you want to drop your hang weight and time by at least 50% while you recondition that new virgin skin. Then incrementally work back up to where you once were. The primary goal is to find a weight that you can successfully hang with for a full hour with no complications. Once you reach that goal then and only then should you think about adding more weight.
There’s one more potential blister creator, and that’s using too much vacuum pressure! Typically I recommend using as little vacuum pressure as needed. Remember this is not a penis pump! All you want is enough vacuum pressure to create a good seal between your penis skin and the silicon sleeve. The skin / sleeve seal is what allows the chamber to hold vacuum. If the integrity of that seal is compromised then you’ll likely experience weight slippage, and most guys try and counter act that with more vacuum. I suggest as a guideline to use no more than 10 Hg’s of vacuum pressure. I feel it’s extremely important to have a hand pump that accurately indicates Hg pressure.
Making sure you properly maintain your silicon sleeve will go a long ways in preventing vacuum leaks and weight slippage. I recommend after 30 - 40 hours of training that you remove your sleeve from your chamber and wash it with warm / hot water and anti-bacterial dish soap. Blow dry it with a hair dryer or clean cotton towel (no paper towels - too much lint). This will help restore your rubber’s sealing capabilities and tackiness, and also prolong the life of your rubber. Sleeves do wear out, but if properly cared for they should last a minimum of 4 months. If you start to experience weight slips due to vacuum leaks then it’s time for a new rubber sleeve.
I hope this helps those of you who have experienced the set back of a blister! Just remember to be patient and think marathon and not sprint.

Blisters

I to have had a learning curve with the blisters. I have an LG and love it. Anybody having blisters needs to look at the taping demo on lg blog spot and copy that. Once I finally did as they recommended my blisters stopped. The LG is a great piece of equipment.

I am curious if this would work better for LG Hangers or any vacuum hanger users instead of wrapping the old traditional way.A full length penis cap instead of the normal 60mm/2.36 inch Glans cap.It would save lots of time monkeying around with wrapping.Just roll it down like a condom,put the LGH on and your in business saving all the wrapping time and protecting your Willie much better with a “Full Length Penis Glans Cap”.Any thoughts…

I can answer your question with a definitive NO!
NOTHING will completely prevent a potential blister! There are a multitude of ways to protect your glans while hanging under vacuum pressure. I’ve personally experimented with just about everything you can think of. The best way to prevent a blister is to heed the warning sign and not ignore it.

Glans protection is a matter of preference. Finding which method works best for you can require a little trial and error. I personally prefer one 2” length of micro-foam tape across the front of my glans (lenghtwise with shaft). Then a 7-9” length of Tender Tape. I will begin the wrap about 1” below glans and wrap fairly snug in a spiral fashion like you would wrap the handle of a baseball bat. Allow about 3/4” of an inch to extend past the end of your penis, pinch and fold over the end of your penis. Then squeeze and mold to the shape of your penis.

One thing about using a glans cap that I don’t like is that the glans cap can plug the vacuum port hole on the inside of the chamber, causing the hand pump to register a false Hg reading. So if you intend to use a glans cap, you want to make sure that you use a little piece of cotton ball, gauze or a small thin piece of sponge at the bottom of your chamber. So when you draw out vacuum and your penis bottoms inside the chamber the vacuum port hole doesn’t get plugged. Anything that can breath will prevent the hole from being plugged and allow you to get an accurate Hg reading on your hand pump.
Glans caps are a fine alternative, provided you understand that silicon rubber doesn’t breath, and that you need to put something like I’ve suggested in the bottom of the chamber so that vacuum extraction is not impeded.

I have been out of micro foam tape a while and don’t have the funds (due to the virus) at the moment. I do have micro pore tape but this does not expand. Been experimenting and realised without tape I get a much better hold and with a hell of lot less vacuum, been packing the chamber with cotton wool balls (might be called something else in the states) and this seems to cushion my glans so there not rubbing against the chamber. I’m hoping with just light weight (under 6lbs) hanging over a fulcrum or soon to experiment with bundled this won’t cause blisters. Do you think this is just stupid to try or could work?
