I hung hanged for the first time today.

Got in six sets today, wrapping in-between. When I got to feeling it was “too much”, I reduced the weight, but finished the sets. Three 20 minute sets of SD, two 20 minute sets of fulcrum hangs, and one 20 minute set of BTC. Traction wrapped after for at least an hour before bed.

If this kind of stuff doesn’t help me grow, I have a dick made of iron.

Drop the weight early Jim, even if you have to use even more weight in the beginning.

Decon update; after a wet jelq session that ended erect I measured my base girth at 6 1/2” .

My length still doesn’t like being measured and wants to not stay fully erect, and measures 7 1/4” as o struggled to stay hard for the tape.

The decon has worked for my girth though, I’m pleased with that.

Thats good a-unit. I am going to measure tomorrow as it’s the second month of hanging see if I have gained. Realy dont think I will have though not been getting the hours in this month been trying to pack up things ready to move house so every thinks all over the place at the moment.

I am in the process of reading this thread. It’s very good reading. I am currently almost one month into hanging doing 6-8 20 minute sets with 7 minute breaks in between 4-5 days a week. I haven’t had any problems so far, just a little sore occasionally. I am on page 15, great work!

This next week will be the last of consistent hanging for me. My parent come out for a 3 week visit then my kids will be on summer break for 3 months. I will try to get 1-2 sessions in a day (similar to my current down day). Funny how life gets in the way of routines.

It certainly does colo.

One more question for tonight.

I have restored my foreskin to the point that I am taken as being uncut. In fact when flaccid I have total coverage with a puckered overhang. When erect I experience nearly complete coverage. Now to my question. When wrapping preparatory to hanging, should I push the foreskin back then wrap or leave it where ever it fails normally? When I do the latter the foreskin bunches up behind and over the glans. After a while this can be somewhat uncomfortable, but not always.

I think you have to do what feels best for the long haul.

I have spent an order of magnitude more time problem solving PE than actually doing it, especially now that I’m on a decon break.

Have you measured any gains on your break, I always lose about 1/8th in length but stay pretty close to where I was at max length but my EQ goes through the roof. I am going to give extending a shot since it is the only real form of device use I have not tried. I will extend in the name of penis science since I am at a good size now. I am curious to see how the lighter tension but longer sessions work on me.

We have a guy at PEGym that had hung for a few years, got frustrated and finally got an extender, he gained zero in two years and has gained a 1/4 of an inch in about 2 months. I have seen reports of the exact opposite so I am curious how my ding a ling will react.

My length seems about the same, but my girth has grown some half inch or more.

I jelqed the other day and measured nearly seven inches due to fluid buildup but was still about 6 1/2” later that evening, and my EQ and flaccid hang has improved also.

My post-jelq base girth measurement was 7 1/4” this evening.

Very odd, but I’m not complaining.

Erect length 7 3/8”.

I was worried that I would lose size, but that seems not to be the case.

Good to hear a-unit, this gives some hope to others wanting to take a break to decondition.
