It doesn’t have to be a precise incident that causes this type of thing, often it is brought about by compounding fatigue which then results in things letting go more than they would normally a twist the wrong way and nerves getting pinched, sometimes even what people refer to as sleeping in the wrong position is this compounding effect.

I have been pushing hard this Sumner after missing most of last year with a badly sprained ankle.

Three games a week will add up.

I have have to stop watching the striker clips on YouTube before the matches. I get too wound up!

Feeling much better today, to the point where I’m getting cracking when I stretch, which feels great and seems to release things nicely in my hips and spine.

Yes I do, and it works perfectly.

That has been my experience also. How much wrap do you use? I am continuing to use the Ace material. At first I thought it would be expensive, but it seems to last for many repeat uses.

Do you clamp? If so what do you use? I have located a local supplier of the Camco multi clamp at just over $2 each.

While one cannot logically conclude that hanging didn’t initially irritate my sciatic nerve, it isn’t doing that now thankfully as I hang at present.

It’s nice to gr able to look forward to a run on Sunday, after missing two weeks.

Back is now about 70% and I’m able to be somewhat competitive on the field and settling back into hanging again with another five pound set standing for ten minutes.

We’ll, after a few months of complete rest from PE I have begun to hang again.

I lost probably 1/4” of length and no appreciable girth in that time, but in two week’s of light hanging I measured a hair over 7” BPEL and? I feel confident that I can surpass where I left things in the summer.
