I am uncertain how it effected those things, but I lost about a half inch of length, which I happy is coming back steadily.

I am about 7 1/8” erect now and hopeful that I can get some new gains on top of restoring what I had.

The odd thing is that I’m only doing two ten minute hang sessions with five pounds right now and getting results.

I have increased my session Times to three twenty minute sessions per day with Saturday and Sunday to rest.

Plenty of heat to warm up with and no heat for the final five minutes of each session in a cold basement which really cools things down substantially.

I have put on a bit of weight over the summer and I’m sure that effects my visual gain since returning, but I know I’ve got about ten pounds to lose and a quarter inch to gain and I’ll be happy for spring.

Are you doing anything different this time around?

I’m heating the first ten minutes of the set and cooling the second ten.

Other than that, no different.

Its all standing sets by the way.

I’m going to do this until February first, then maybe fulcrum seated for a while, I’ll see how the gains are going.

The measurement will dictate what’s do next.

If I’m gaining I’m not going to stop, or change routines.

Increasing the weight of my initial weight to push for fatigue, now that I’m back to it.

Wow. Finished a heavier set of ten pounds for twenty minutes and immediately noticed the difference.

I have just got back to hanging after a Decon break over the summer and lost about 3/8” of length in the process.

I feel confident that I’m gaining again but want to wait until February until I brave the tape.

Post 922 you said the almost tearing feeling. Can you describe that?

I’ve recently went up on weight and can feel something, not pain and not tingling. I’ve felt it before but I don’t know that I would call it tearing.
