I bought a 4” Irwin Handiclamp from homedepot and wrapped my unit in a length of saran wrap and hung a 1.1 kilo plate from it for 10 minutes.

I will rest saturday and sunday and repeat the process every day next week to see what happens.

After the session and during I felt no discomfort and the head discoloured slightly but everything was fine while jelqing. The clamp fit snug and held for the full ten minutes without hinting that it could fall off, in fact for the last five minutes I allowed the weight to swing gently back and forth to put some additional stress on the ligs to explore the various sensations of having a weight clamped to my dick!

My initial reaction is that the weight is too light, but I will stick with this for the next week and watch my PIs and continue jelqing, and maybe add some weight on friday if everything seems ok.

Doesn’t seem like that Irwin Handiclap would stay on too well at heavier weights especially with the grips that it has on there. I believe the dude that designed redi-stretcher had some badass soft and hard grips that you can purchase once you get to higher weights. Was 4” Irwin Handiclamp the largest one that Home Depot had?

Yes it was. I have some pads that I will attach to the pads on the clamp when the weight increases.

I was relieved to wake with My usual morning wood but felt a little sore where the clamp attached, which is a little worrying considering the small amount of weight used.

An AFB hanger would do a better job in similar way and would require about no money.

I will look into the AFB hanger.

Against my earlier post I doubled the weight this morning and hung with two 2 1/2 pound weights for ten minutes.

I noticed right away there was significantly more discomfort on the shaft as the weight pulled, but once I got past that the pull on my ligaments was pleasant and I easily did the ten minutes watching youtube videos of flamenco guitar!

While I stood hanging I let the weight swing back and forth and back to front gently to really feel the ligaments while hanging, and it helped me to feel the exercise working.

I will do a long jelq workout this afternoon to see how my dick is working.

I noticed some fatigue while jelqing this afternoon, and while this may be due to a number of other factors, hanging weight from you dick is tiring, and I’m going to have take it slowly.

I imagine that it will take some months to get comfortable with adding real weight to this exercise, but I’m looking forward to the results!

The feeling of engaging the ligaments takes me back to when I used to stretch with the mechanical stretcher and the eventual results I got from it.

For some reason the hanger now wants to slip off after a few minutes, whereas before it would stay on for as long as I wanted it to.

I will have to look for some sort of alternative hanger.

I did manage to get five minutes or so in the hanger before it got slippy, and I noticed my unit thinner than usual, not as full like when I have finished jelqing. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I managed to get another 10 minute set in with 5 pounds and I find that the wrap is part of the problem.

I wrapped as usual with the saran wrap and then used masking tape over that to give what I hoped to be more grip to the clamp grips.

The extra tape seemed to do the trick and I could get 10 minutes more hanging.

I experimented with adding another 2 1/2 pounds toward the end of the session, but my dick isn’t ready for that much load yet!

I just recently starting hanging also. I recommend to try to go with as low of weight as possible initially and don’t push the weight up until you are not seeing any more results. I’m still at 2lbs and will ride these two pounds until I see no more gains. Then I will up to 3 or 4. But no one knows your dick better than you do so just take it at your pace as long as your not hurting yourself go for it.

The tape continues to hold, allowing me to hang 10 minutes with 5 pounds. I had to adjust once but it only took a few seconds to unclamp and re-clamp again.

I will continue until the end of the week and see if I can handle any more weight.

I just finished another ten minutes with five pounds, and added two and a half pounds for the last minute to see if the clamp would hold, which it did.

I love the stretch that hanging gives the ligaments, and I’m really optimistic about the next few months of PE!
