I hung hanged for the first time today.

I have never had such a problem for longer than a couple of days, so never used creams.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Hi all just fort had would ask in this thread because it’s the main one that gets used. I would like to no if anyone as gain yet from hanging the guys who are hanging now not in the past like years ago if so how many hours you doing week and what weight need some motivation be good to here some storys.

How did you get on when hanging a-unit did you gain.

I gained approximately 3/8” depending on erection quality.

The highest I went was 12 1/2 pounds. But mostly between 7-9 pounds depending on fatigue levels.

That was over the space of 10 months.

I’m on a break presently due to personal problems, but I will return to PE in the next month or so, when silly season passes.

I am at 8 pound at the min when I read a thread not sure whos it was but it was on about going up a pound a week is that for real. I carnt do that it will get to heavey. I only have thin girth does that make any differents to someone who as thick girth in using weight. I mean like thin girth users less weight to someone with thick girth having to use more heavey weight to get the same pull.

I have not measure only second month in mite at end of month see if working for me.

Whenever I felt that I wasn’t getting the workout necessary, I would go heavy early in the sets and would start to have to strip weight of later in the day, thereby avoiding excessive weight increase.

I knew that exposing my dick to 15+ pounds wad asking for serious strength gain at the expense of stretch.

badluck, I attempted to reply to you yesterday about the type of cream which I use on my penis for dry skin.

Several years ago I restored my foreskin. It was at that time that I learned about Palmer’s Coco Butter Formula for reducing scar marks. I wished to do that
in order to get rid of my circumcision scar. It worked great. I have used it for dry skin ever since.

BTW—- I bought some Ace bandage material after reading about Bibb’s usage of it. Used it tonight. Worked great.

I tried to do the link thing, but I am doing something wrong as I had no success. Maybe it is because I am working on a tablet instead of a PC. I sure would like someone to comment on my routine. Possibly have some constructive suggestions for better results. I realize that I have been hanging just short of a week, but if there is something I am doing in error it would be nice to know.

I have requested that my routine postings be transfered to the “Hanger’s Forum.” I quess that that takes time.

I would not like to have to start over at the “Hanger’s Forum.”

He just has to look at your profile to see which threads you started. You can even link your thread in your signature, just click on your name on the top-right bar of any page, than Settings -> Profile tab -> Signature button.

Your thread will not have more views if it is moved in the hanger’s forum, Progress threads have way more views, check by yourself.
