I hung hanged for the first time today.

One thing I haven’t mentioned in this thread is that since I began my decon break I’ve been on a herbal supplement regime.

I make a tea with rhodiola, ginko biloba and damiana in the evenings which allows increased bloodflow and neurochemical relaxation (mao inhibitors) .

I’m finding I sleep better and have epic morning wood each and every morning as a result.

Is that the way to go. I have read where some do and some don’t. What is best?

Like you I have hair up my shaft about 11/2 to 2 inches. I also shave it daily with no problems. Please advise.

Measured length today and got 7 1/4” with 90% erection.

So maybe its an EQ issue, but most likely a loss of some size due to not hanging for over two months.

A bit depressing but it means that my dick is behaving normally in this situation, and so hopefully the gains will follow once I start in earnest once again.

I have begun experimenting with a cock coffin, which is a morbid term for a group of cable cuff clamps that one uses to clamp the entire shaft of ones unit.

I managed all eight for a few minutes yesterday and again this morning for an intense session that left my dick puffy and thick, and the sensation lasted throughout the day yesterday and seems to be doing the same thing now.

Hi a-unit I am not hanging anymore just doing manual stretches an other pe exercises an I to get a sharp pain not straight after all the time tho could be a good few hours later. An my pain is not in the ligs its in the glans not the hole of the glans just one little bit am I damaging some think or is it just one of those things when doing pe.

Yeah, I did.

It’s just bizarre to feel a stabbing pain deep in the inside of the thigh as a result of hanging a reasonably light weight for a brief time.

I had the same feeling in the same spot yesterday, except I had to apply thumb pressure to the spot to stop the spasm.

I also have a mildly slipped disk in my lower back from a rough game of soccer that our club held for charity against a senior rugby club, and that might be part of the problem also.

I think you have to watch repeated pain as its a clear signal that things aren’t quite right.

As I was saying about my back strain, it doesn’t hurt so much as make me incredibly tired, and I tried to play again on Sunday and was stumbling around because the injury limits your range of motion and fine motor co-ordination.

So, I’m resting.

That one you should take time off from Soccer and any other activity that is likely to cause more injury, otherwise it could be the start of some major issues for you, that you will have to live with for the rest of your life. You can train through injuries because you can train around them and control the situation, but on the field you can’t do that, please be careful :)

Yeah, thanks brother. It’s a real struggle for me.

I did 50k on the bike yesterday and watched my team practice in mental agony, hoping that I will be ready for sunday, but as good as it feels this morning after light macebell training, I don’t feel ready for the real deal.

I went through this many years ago after successful knee surgery which allowed me athletic mobility and strained my back.

I recovered against doctors orders by doing power cleans and stiff-legged deadlifts.

I will have to sit out in Sunday and hope we get through this playoff round without me.

Hanging is not good for the back though. You could think 10 pounds are nothing, but when they hang from the tip of your penis that’s like holding 100+ pounds in the deadlift position; after 20 minutes definitely there is chance of overstressing the back. Sitting makes the things worse, since disks are compressed.
