I hung hanged for the first time today.

Hello a-unit, I seem to be stalled at just under 7” bpel, but the girth has increased to 5.5” mseg. Really a decent size cock, but I want more length. Would hanging for more sets get me going again? Lately I’ve been hanging for 40 min/day.

You may be at a plateau.

Try upping the amount of time spent hang per day for a month or so and if there is no change then its decon time.

Some people see growth during the decon time as the penis has a chance to rest.

In my decon period have noticed a girthier flaccid already.

I try an get at least hour or hour 20 in a day or it seems pointless but I am no hanging expert.

I was getting 120 minutes a day and felt that was the least I should be doing.

Still resting now for another month or so at least.

Hello, a-unit!

I’m currently hanging 7 days a week (6 sets per day with 2 pounds), but I am wondering if I can be having trouble by accumulated damage. Do you think I should keep a day for resting?
It’s too little time since my last measurement (with fine results, I think) and maybe it’s too early to say that I should change my routine.
I’m just thinking some rest would be just fine.

My log: After years studying P.E. and reading success stories, I am finally commited to it.

My frst questions are, are you still gaining and is your EQ good?

If so, then continue doing what you are doing. If not, then rest or change some element of your work-out.

I doubt very much that you are accumulating damage of any sort, especially considering the low weight you are using.

I hung six times twenty minutes per day non stop for several months without suffering EQ loss of any reportable amount outside of normal physical fluctuations.

I am currently on a decon break, but still check the forum and especially this thread as I intend to return to hanging in the next few months after I have had enough rest.

I may be seeing some growth here. My EQ’s haven’t been so great lately, though in the morning there is a lot of beef swinging between my legs, and I have the morning wood.

But my BPFSL is up to 7.75” after a set of fulcrum hangs today. That’s a 1/4 ” improvement.

Flaccid length increase is a good sign.

I never measured mine, but it has increased.

I have spent the past several days reading this entire thread. I have been stretching and jelqing since midway-November.

Today I decided that I wanted to try hanging so I went to a local big box store and purchased the necessary equipment. This evening I hung with 5 pounds for 15 minutes.

The only discomfort I experienced was when I removed the tape which I had wrapped around the shaft. I am going to have to find a tape which will release from my skin more easily.

I did enjoy the pull that was experienced with the weight chosen.

A question which I have.. several years ago I went through the process of restoring my foreskin. Before I did that my erection would point at about 2 o’clock. After that it now points just below straight out front. My question, will hanging cause a lowering of the pointing of my erection?

I realize that I am already at the targer size of many here. I desire to attain a length of 9 inches without an increase in girth.

Restored, I shouldn’t think you will see a change in erection angle from hanging.

In my experience I found the opposite.

Until I began hanging I stuck pretty much straight out, and now erect I probably aim around 15 degrees from horizontal when 100%.

This morning at 0630 I hung with 5 pounds for 15 minutes. At 1015 I did another session for 15 minutes w/5 pounds.

Any suggestions for easy release tape?

I used electrical tape with a wrap of Saran wrap underneath to prevent it from sticking to the skin.

Occasionally the tape would adhere if I wasn’t careful with the saran, and it was quite painful to remove.

Hey there have use any tips on what creams or somethink I could use for bit of dry skin. It’s for where hanger been an skin stretched little sore an dry.
