I hung hanged for the first time today.

Nice Progress here, keep it up.

I also have re-measured and been disappointed, remember also, taking a few days off then measuring also helps get a better idea.

Last Measure for me was over 7” BP, started at 6.5BP, so My gains are coming, just time to concrete them!

Aren’t you supposed to hang everyday? I was under the impression that you want to avoid having the ligaments toughen by letting them rest.

How long have you been hanging now for, and how many sets are you doing per day?


Started: 5/14/12- BPEL: 8.00" MEG: 5.5"

Current: 10/22/12- BPEL: 9.0" MEG: 5.875"

I hang every day unless there are people in the house.

I do three sets of twenty minutes BTC.

I just increased the weight yesterday to seven and a half pounds from six and a half, and the strain on the ligaments is extreme.

I tried to increase the weight a month ago, but it was too much.

My third session with the increased weight and my ligs are screaming.

I think I’m reacting to measuring short yesterday as much as being ready to increase the weight as a natural progression of hanging.

Not as sore this morning as I thought I would be.

Hey a-unit, looks like you have been able to stick to a pretty solid hanging routine have you seen any gains yet since you started? I’m going to pop in every once in a while and ask the same question since I you and I started hanging around the same but I quit. Keep up the good work.

Yoshinator, I did gain about 1/8” in the first month or so, but since I haven’t measured except the other day when I measured 90% erect and got the old 6 7/8” which I shouldn’t have done since it just pissed me off and then I chose to up the sitting weight by a pound and we’ll see how that goes.

Since the hanging and wet jelqing my erection quality and angle have improved and I now know that unless I’m pointing upwards about 25 degrees I’m not at full erection, and when I measured the other day I was pointing down about 25 degrees and not entirely rigid, as my dick shies from the tape.

I bought a motorcycle lock and I’ve been trying it as an ADS and I’m surprised that it stays put as well as it does. I left the wrap from the last hanging session on which helped as well, but I wouldn’t risk wearing it in public, even with big cargo shorts on. It is comfortable enough that I could wear it for many hours at a time.

Mine sometimes go 25/30min only because I forget about it I am sitting btc working away on the computer time rolls by.

Thanks I need something like this. What’s the safest I think depends on the wrap and how tight it is on restricting your blood flow. As long as the blood is flowing and your not turning purple and you don’t feel numb. I have done 30+ min on occasion loosing track of time and now I am starting to loose track of how many sets I am dong.

I got into a video this morning that was 28 minutes long, which meant the hanging session was just over a half hour and my dick was pretty purple by then, but not cold, ans returned to normal in less than a minute.

I have gone over 30+ min in the past and I have been using the timer link you sent me it works great thanks. Today I have been setting it to 25min I figured that it really adds up just doing 4-sets gives me an extra 20-min of hang time that is a set.
