I hung hanged for the first time today.

Yes but it makes a lot more sense when I was a kid I did martial arts all the stretching exercises we did to make us more flexible and stretch our ligaments. Our session started off slow with a nice stretch with increasing pressure on the stretch during the session until we were at maximum stretch and all warmed up. This prevented us from pulling ligaments and allowed us to stretch our ligaments to the max. I think in Oct I will start doing it to start out with low weight and increase the weight as the day goes on. It does make sense to me. Your right the only thing that tells is the ruler. All this month I have been very consistent I do about the same weight every set but my last set during the day after I take the wrap off I look at myself and to me it has been looking smaller its a weird thing.

I leave the wrap on after I hang and it seems to help keep me stretched out.

The first time I did the three stage session I turtled slightly, and I haven’t done that in two years at least.

Still not sore in the sides of my ligament area, but my cat stepped on my pubic bone during the night and that was quite sore, so maybe this BTC three part stretch hits deeper tissue.

Too sick to hang today. Over the last few days I have become increasingly tired and irritable, and last night my sinuses shut down and a full blown cold emerged.

Second set was 10 pounds standing for10 minutes followed by 5 pounds seated for 10 minutes.

I have been suffering the flu and my dick is turtling from the illness and it ha making getting the wrap right difficult, but it seems ok so far.

Though I was a bit thinner that I am now, so comparitively I may have gained 1/8” more but I’m pushing fat against the bone these days!

Getting better from a heavy flu and doing my first three part set with a good wrap and good secure clamp so things are going smoothly.

Got my first set in this morning. Ligs are a little sire from yesterday.

The flu still hangs on making most things hitless tasks, but I’m getting better slowly but surely.
