The difference in erection quality really makes a difference in measurement and scared the crap out of me this morning when I could only get 6 3/4” on the tape.

My first thought was, “great, another two months of dedicated work down the drain”, but a stronger erection after jelqing pushed the tape out over seven inches, and it’s funny, it seems so unreal now that this stuff called PE works consistently as long as you do, but I keep getting more length and girth, so I’m not complaining.

This has really encouraged me to focus more intensely on new ways to stress my ligaments and find the extra time to do a third set in a day, which seems like the next logical step in all of this.

Congratulations on your gains every bit counts 1/8th inch that gives you over a 1/2-inch if in a year not bad at all. Your right about measuring I took a measurement yesterday found myself a bit shorter then the last time I measured very frustrating. I think its all on EQ some days are way better then others.

I am actually sneaking in a set thus Morning without the visiting in-laws looking for me!

Usually they are up at six and banging around.

I’ve hanged for 3 days now at 0.5kg and it feels pretty good. How many sets can I put in without going to Far? I have lots of time on my hands. I’ve put in 4 sets today and I’m not feeling much lig stretch, I don’t want to increase weight just yet.

In your first week you should just do what you are doing now.

Week two you can edge up in weight.

Remember that this is a marathon.

I am doing a set that began with 10 minutes with 10 pounds standing and I’m finishing with 5 pounds for 10 minutes seated, an the pull in the ligs is incredible.

It feels like the ligs are being slowly severed with tiny knives.

Started hanging on 3/28/12 after minimal gains on the newbie routine. Still not discouraged! This game is 99.9% mental. Stick with it, gents.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

Addicting? Yep!

Unfortunately I have had a full house here over the holiday and I have only been able to slip in a 10 minute standing set each morning after walking the dogs.

I am looking forward to getting back to full workouts when the domestic routine return to normal tomorrow.

And today is day 11 of the no porn project, with no setbacks or dramas. I am noticing more porn references in the mainstream media lately. Is this actually happening or am I merely more sensitive to the subject during my withdrawal?

Finally some time to myself for a 10 minute standing set with 10 pounds to keep things stretched.

Got two sets in this morning, seated with 7 1/2 pounds.

I finished the last set with 5 minutes standing with 10 pounds and the ligs still aren’t sore.

I will do another seated set this afternoon and raise the weight a little and see what happens.

What was your measurement when you started to hang? what do you find better SD or BTC? I didn’t realize but I have been doing BTC ever since I started it’s easy to sit and hang off my office chair.

My measurement before hanging was 6 7/8” BPEL.

I gained while hanging standing up, and only tried sitting with a one pound weight so that I didn’t crush my balls. It was my fear of hanging while seated that stopped me from trying initially, but now it’s mostly what I do, and only hang standing occasionally to find that ache in the ligaments that I don’t get with the seated hanging.

This afternoon I will try to raise the weight while seated to see what happens, as I use the ligament ache as a guide to how well my sessions have gone.

I measured today while 90% erect and only got 6 7/8” again, but instead of panicking I will wait until later and try again.

This happened a few months ago and the second time I got 7 1/8” BPEL, so erection quality has a large role in determining one’s gains, and I find that my dick shies from the tape mostly so unless I’m really hard then I’m always going to measure on the short side.
