I hung hanged for the first time today.

I haven’t measured yet but I’m pretty sure I’ve gained some girth this last week, maybe just swelling of the tissues from the work, but the unit just feels thicker erect and flaccid.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Over the last year and a half I have measured a few times and been disappointed each time, so I’m a little gun-shy when it comes to the tape.

I have only been hanging for a month so I figure another 6-8 weeks should be sufficient time to see if what I’m doing works.

I stood with 10 pounds for 10 minutes this morning followed by sitting for 10 minutes with 7 1/2 pounds and the dull ache is still there but no discomfort while hanging.

Got 20 minutes seated hanging in this afternoon and that pleases me, because saturdays are usually busy around here which makes it difficult for PE of any sort.

I wasn’t sore at all which bothers me as it is critical to maintain that ligament soreness to not let them heal.

Maybe I can sneak a heavier standing set in tomorrow sometime. The swinging always puts the right kind of load on the ligs.

I did 5 minutes hanging at 7 1/2 pounds then 10 pounds for 5 minutes. I then added another 1 1/2 pounds but found it too much on the ligaments so went back to 7 1/2 pounds seated for 10 minutes and felt that was a good tug on the ligaments.

I have noticed that my base girth seems a little fatter and that I seem to be pushing out further when erect.

It may just be my imagination and I’m hesitant to measure as yet, but I am noticing changes to my dick after 5 weeks hanging.

Better erection quality, morning wood, jelqing, with my wife, and flaccid is thicker and slightly longer also.

Awesome man. Sounds like things are going really well. By the way what kind of weights are using to PE. I bought some weights meant for scuba gear from amazon called sea peals. They are great because they are much more compact than work out weights. If stealth is an issue for you these might have some benefit. By the way what would you say was your main way of getting your 7/8th increase in base girth?

Yoshinator, I use regular steel weights from my weight set. I strung a metal hook to the clamp and the weights slip on and off easily to allow me to change weights as I need.

The girth came as a by-product of my other PE work. I honestly never tried to gain girth as I didn’t realize the significance of it to women. When I clamped seriously last year I could get over 6 1/4” base girth for a while, and I guess if I kept it up, possibly even more. The problem I found with intense clamping was loss of EQ, which I cannot tolerate.

Today my first hanging session went well and I noticed something; While seated after 10 minutes or so, the weight actually reaches the ground and I have to rotate my hips somewhat to re-suspend the weight. I didn’t think my dick was stretching that much but I guess it must elongate an inch or so.

I though it might have been slippage but with only 7 1/2 pound the clamp never moves.

I was sore right from the get-go this morning which is a good sign and means that I can maintain this weight for a while longer and not worry about the wrapping and the clamp, which some have suggested is going to fail as the weight increases.

I had the problem with weights hitting the ground. I stacked some towels under my butt as a short-term fix, but will be tying my weights differently to get them to hang parallel with the floor rather than perpendicular. That should save me at least a few inches of space.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

Flimflam, I noticed you gained 1/4” after a month BTC, I noticed the girth and length increase after I began seated stretching.

When I’m seated sometimes I can feel the pull right up across my bladder if I’m already sore from standing and swinging, and I think that’s where the appearance of length is coming from.

I am resisting the urge to measure though because if I do find an increase I might get impatient and hang too much weight.

My gains have slowed, so that was a newbie pop. And I’ve had to cut back on some time due to life happening.

When you’re seated you’re more effectively targeting and isolating all those structures as opposed to when you’re standing. That’s why you feel that extra “pull”. BTC is normally regarded as the best position to isolate the ligs. Just watch out for back pain, so take steps to fix it like putting a pillow in the small of your back.

I went through some back pain when I first began hanging, but I haven’t experienced any recently.

I noticed that I can hang more weight when standing than sitting, so that would correlate with what you are saying about the different positions. Do you think I should just do seated stretches then, or are the standing ones still useful?

Did 20 more minutes this afternoon, seated with 7 1/2 pounds.

I have begun to be able to swing while seated now, which greatly amplifies the strain against the ligaments and leaves me nicely fatigued after the session.

I went up to 9 pounds for a seated 20 minute session in the afternoon yesterday and woke up around 6.00am with my wife playing with 7” of iron.

It is of the greatest relief to me that me EQ stays 100% while I hang. My initial thoughts when thinking about hanging was that it had to adversely affect my EQ, but much to my surprise no.

And my wife is happy too!
