My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also my new PE4F project.

Do you guys extend at different angles?(SD, SO, and SU). When using the X-4 I would typically extend SD.

Started 11/2014 6" BPEL x 4" MEG (Ballpark #'s)

As of 01/2017 7 1/2" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG

Goal for 2019 is 8" BPEL x 5 1/4" MEG! PE'ing Just Over a Year and Going for 8x6

SD only for me. None of the other positions give me the same feel.

But I do do manual stretches afterwards. And in all directions.

Nice gains! Did you get them via the X4 alone or were you doing other excercises?

I’m not new to PE, but I’m new to extending. Previously I did about a year and a half of mainly hanging and some pumping. I gained about 1” in length and about 1/2” in girth (5.9 NBPEL x 4.9 BEG to 6.9 x 5.4). That was about 4 years ago and I’m hoping that was enough of a deconditioning break that I may experience some newbie gains again lol. Even 4 years later I still feel like my tunica is pretty tough, though, so I’m not terribly optimistic I’ll be able to accomplish anything quickly. So far, I’m averaging about 9 hours/day in my X4 and I’m up to about 225 hours. I’m not even planning on measuring until 1000 hours (which should be roughly next March at this rate). I don’t remember which site it was at, but I recall reading a post that said people that combined pumping with extending statistically had better results, so I’ll be doing some pumping as well.

Like others have mentioned, taking breaks is really hard for me. For me, PE takes a certain mindset. I have to get myself into a head-space of “I’m all in. I’m going to do this if it kills me.” I really do think that that’s what it takes to be successful at PE. It’s hard to maintain that level of determination and take time off, at least for me. It’s too easy to fall back into old habits and laziness. That said, I do recognize that breaks are often important. It just seems so counter-intuitive and detrimental to that attitude of determination. Like a lot of people here, I suspect, I’m still trying to find a way to maintain the balance.

I’m new to extending. I am using a Male Edge. I have been wearing it for 9 weeks and have logged 360 hours. I’ve seen some increase in my flaccid length, and my tolerance to wearing the device has increased a lot, but I have seen no changes to erect length at all. I had been hoping to see something by now, but after reading this post I guess I shouldn’t expect to see any changes until I’ve logged at least 1000 hours. Is that the consensus?

I haven’t seen much discussion about the amount of tension that is optimal and how that relates to the number of hours. With the Male Edge you don’t add bars. You extend the rods forward until it snaps into the next notch. Then you can read the tension on the gauge near the base. It’s a little hard to explain, but here is the manual:…ogramme-PDF.pdf

When I have the rods in the first position and wear the device, it puts about 600-800 grams of tension on the springs. When I have it in the second position, it puts about 800-1000 grams of tension on the springs. It’s hard to read the gauge exactly, but those ranges seem to be pretty accurate and I tested it out with a mini scale and the results verified the accuracy of the gauge.

9 weeks ago, I was mostly wearing it in the first position. More recently, I’m mostly wearing it in the second position. If I wear it in the first position, I can leave it on for 2 or sometimes 3 hours without taking it off. If I wear it in the second position, I can wear it for 1.5 hours before taking it off. Sometimes, when I have to go into a meeting where I know it will be awkward for me to get up and go to the bathroom in the middle, I will wear it in the first position.

What I’m wondering is, does anyone have a sense of the relationship between the necessary amount of tension vs the duration required to achieve results? I could wear it in the first position for 10 hours a day without much trouble. There is still tension, it just doesn’t ever get sore. Is that better than wearing it for 5 or 6 hours a day in the second position, which is about my max without feeling like it’s starting to get sore?

There are a number of threads here about high tension vs. low tension. The way I see it, high tension gets a good stretch. The low tension keeps things elongated without negative PIs. It would make logical sense that a shorter session of high tension immediately followed by a longer session at low tension should get the stretch to get enlargement started and then keep it in a less stressful state to heal.

PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

Hey guys, good reads here. Thanks to TG for pointing me here. If money isn’t a huge issue, what would be the best extender? I’m sure this has been asked, I have searched around and see a lot of ppl wearing an x4. Any other input would be tremendous, thanks in advance for any replies. Just to add a little more detail, I would be wearing in the evenings with hopefully just movement around the house for 2-4hrs before bed. I do pump as well but it’s burdensome to pump for 30 minutes in shower (hydropump) as the wife complains about time in there. Guess she doesn’t understand the benefits from PE thaI’m trying to accomplish. Lol.

Can any veteran help me please?

My EQ is really bad (50% of the capability). I have 3 days without PE, and there were no improvements.

I’m newbie, I started 3 weeks ago! I entered very thirsty in the PE world. I was using bathmate every day 5 min of maximum pressure. And an ADS device (similar to the one in the videos section of the forum). But the problem is that I used the ADS for about 14h a day on the last day (on other days I used it for about 4 hours) !! I saw that my unit was cold, especially the glans, but the color was normal, so I left the device.

Yes, now I’m reading a lot about PE in the 3 days, and I saw how I was doing EVERYTHING WRONG! I just wanted someone to give me a prognosis.

I searched the entire forum, I did not find a post from anyone who had this genius idea of using an ADS for more than the recommended time

I’ve bought myself the Jes Extender and now have my first week completed. I did 5 days on, 1 off, then 1 on. I’m deciding to take things SLOW so started as follows, all of these just under 900g.

Day 1: 2 x 15 min
Day 2: 2 x 20 min
Day 3: 2 x 20 min
Day 4: 1 x 40 min
Day 5: 1 x 45 min
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: 2 x 25 min

So I’m up to 50 mins total end of week 1. I plan to continue with my slow and steady approach :)
