As you know, there are a lot of young, insecure boys on this forum. With little experience under the belt, there are still often “questions” about ones sexuality that sometimes get projected on others. ( in this case, you.)

I would be similarly irritated with some of the posts in this thread. I will say, that at my size, I am just not willing to spend THAT much time on making my dick bigger. I will keep a steady routine, but good god, upwards of 90 minutes per day?!! I would say exercising the REST of my body for 90 mins per day would do more for my quality of life than that much time PE’ing.

Big Gainer Update - 2009

Because these old threads have been bumped up recently, and because there’s been a lot of questions - and some confusion - I put together a PDF.

I can’t add any more, other than to say that he PE’d twice in his life. The first time, he claims to have gone from 5” EL to 7” EL (in about 1 year). The 2nd time, he said he hit 8” quickly (plausible because of the decon break), and that he was “nearly 9” inches EL.

Also, he stated that he hadn’t lost any size during his layoff (I think I guessed it to be between 1-2 years, I think. This is certainly plausible as I didn’t lose any size until 3+ years out of PE…then the losses came, and actually increased in speed).

Yeah Jazz, I hear you on the obsession – I just can’t find that kind of drive either.

Regarding some of the sniping/distorted posts, they remind me of some of the juvenile shit on YouTube. My buddy’s son plays a mean guitar, and he’s uploaded some videos. Some of the comments posted were complimentary, but I couldn’t believe some of the other petty shit – probably by malicious little sissy punks. Telling him he sucks, his guitar is shit, his house looks like shit, etc. (none of which are true).

Furthermore, I doubt any of those spineless little bitches would say any of that to the face of his 6-3, 240-lb son. Some of bizarre comments here remind me of that brainless, immature YouTube shit.

I put these threads up, respectively, more than 4 & 5 years ago. I hadn’t touched them, or thought about them, in ages. Others bumped them up. I’ve posted this stuff to help and encourage people, not to mess with them. I don’t make 1 penny from this shit – and I never will.

I wanted to make one more point about the “Big Gainer” - as I’ve referenced both my EtP Theory and the diagnostic tool of F:E

When he began PE, his F:E was an amazingly steep 3:1. That means that his flaccid penis tripled in length to erection; conversely, when his erection subsided, his penis returned to only 1/3 of erect length.

At the end game, his F:E had dropped to a below-average 1.25:1.

As this extreme “grower” made his extreme gains, he became quite a “show-er.” I believe that this is because he had exhausted the majority of his penile elasticity. I find it hard to accept the competing theory in light of this. The “GvM” (Growth via Cellular Mitosis) theory, while appropriate to hypertrophy, cannot account for this disproportionate loss of elasticity - which is not a feature of hypertrophy.

Furthermore, this phenomena is repeatedly observed throughout the Size dB in this forum.

I’ll be paying attention to this thread and will be reading the zip file when I return from work.

So, it’s the verb “peeled” that has you so upset? How about “unfurled,” “brandished” or “unveiled”? Would those be any better? Great thread Wad. It would be nice if you could direct you friend here, but since he’s obviously not shy about openly talking about PE, I can totally see why you are reluctant to mention your involvement with Thunder’s.

If he wants to put his business in the street then bully for him. But he might put you name in the mix, and that’s not cool. Do you think you can trust him to be discreet at all?

If my understanding of these terms is correct, cellular mitosis (or cell division) leads to an increase in the number of cells, while hypertrophy is the increase in the volume of an organ or tissue due to the enlargement of its component cells. Hyperplasia is a process in which the cells remain approximately the same size but increase in number. Based on these definitions it seems logical that the “GvM” theory should be based on the process of hyperplasia, rather than hypertrophy.

Also, muscle building is based primarily on hypertrophy and only to a very small extent on hyperplasia.

Great work and thank you for your work. It’s much appreciated by myself and the rest of us here.

I do have two question for you. From all of your research, what is your theory on how long a deconditioning break should be? If someone has been into PE for 2-3 years and is hanging 20+ pounds for an hour a day, everyday, for over 4 months and hasn’t gained anything, it’s very unlikely they are going to gain anything and progress well at their conditioned level, in my opinion.

My second question has to do with timing of deconditioning breaks. If one comes back from a deconditioning break and starts gaining again in the first 1-3 months (because from my research, that’s when the majority of gains come back and then some additional ones), when would the time be to start another deconditioning break? If someone gained .25” in EL in their first two months back and in months 3-5, they see nothing while increasing volume progressively, wouldn’t another deconditioning break be a smart thing to do instead of going for another 3 months, adding advanced techniques and hoping for another 1/16” or so?

This may seem a little bit off topic but as you know, Big Gainer (along with many members here at Thunders) have gained very well coming off a deconditioning break. The big questions are when to take one and for how long.
