It’s interesting that a thread like this dies out. With the strength of information, by someone who apparently (if Wads friend was being truthful), gained massivly by using a particular and relativly simple PE methodology.

I would have thought that if this PE method worked, many of our members would have adopted it, used it and grown from it.

Well its been 2+ years…. has anyone out there achieved gains using this specific method?

The most interesting part about Big Gainer’s routine for me is the fact that he did it all in the bathroom.

I’ve never actually stuck with PEing for more than two days. But I realize that hot wrapping in the bathroom is way more convenient for me. Plus there’s less distraction from the computer, etc.

Sitting on the tub and PEing in the bathroom sounds like something I can easily incorporate into my morning routine, before I shower. I’m going to begin this 7 day program now.

This sort of routine makes me wonder, too. The length of time, the amount of work was gradually built up over the years. Some bodybuilders do that over time and increase sets, although there is a definite case of diminishing returns with that method.

I really start thinking about when the static stretcher was introduced and there were these reports of it working due to the amount of time spent PEing. Long stretches of 80+ hours of time used in a week were reported, if I remember correctly.

It’s the same thing with Bib and anyone else that I’ve heard of who was successful in anything- they put their time in.

People who exercise, regardless of what they do, increase their work capacity and it leads to continued progression. This thread really makes me rethink what I’m doing. Coaxing growth seems like a necessity.

I’m seriously considering having a mini decon then starting this routine.

This report has seriously changed the way I thought gains could come. I’m with Lord Harris.. Break a little, then definitely trying this.

There seems to be a discreprancy in the post from 2004 and 2005, in the 2004 his friend does mild stretching before he jelqs. He also upps the amount of both every two weeks. In the 2005 post there’s no stretching before jelqing and it’s every three weeks.

Wad If you read this I’m assuming it’s the 2005 version we’re going off.

Remember the big gainer apparently didn’t know about decon breaks. I think he would have gained much faster if he would have only did his routine 3-4 days in a row, and then 3-4 days off, and then a couple weeks off every few weeks or months.

If you mean the time off I suggest, you may be right, it could be that too much time off will hinder gains.

I guess the point I wanted to make to Lord Harris is that jelqing 7 days per week forever may not be the best idea for anyone, particularly a newbie. I don’t know if Lord Harris is in fact new to PE, just going by his join date.

I firmly believe, and I could be wrong, that built in days off, or real decon breaks are needed for the fastest/best gains. I personally would also discourage any newbie from doing PE every single day.

Hi Chrono. You are quite correct I’m a 6 week newbie, and am on a forced break due to overtraining so lesson learnt there!

The main things that appeal about this routine are :-

1) Stretching after jelqing, means my dick would be in prime condition to do jelq in. Often fatigued after stretching.

2) Measured incremental increases.

3) PE in the morning. Dick has the whole day to recover and benefit from oxygenated blood and reap those essential night erections.

4) Starts really light and builds. I believe the key to gains in any aspect of physiology is progressive loading coupled with variation. (I personally think this is one of the key’s to this regieme success.)

5) Moderate force stretching for longer time period.

Interesting idea re the on/off frequency.

Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. I won’t go into detail, but I’m following a routine with few/no breaks, and I think it’s working; when I know for sure, I’ll post a thread.

Good luck Harris! Since you know what it is like to over train, I think you are well on your way to gains, no matter how you decide to do it.
