I am going back to basics and am following this routine, but so far I’m only doing it one session per day, six days per week.

What, producing Big Gainer? Yeah, it is a hell of an idea. That way we don’t have to depend of the Grand High Pooba wadzilla to bring the law down from the mountain. Them fucking stone tablets have to be getting heavy by now.

I’ll merge the threads. You post the next Big Gainer posts anywhere but in that one thread and I’ll delete it. Sound like a deal?

Ive been reading a lot of your work on the “Big Gainer” which I stated in the Big gainer thread (Got from 16 to 18 in 2 months thanks to the information).
Regarding the Etp Theory. You mention that dual fulcrum stretching seems to be the best excercise for lenght. I´m not a native English speaker,so could you be kind and give me some extra info on how to do these

I read the the entire compendium PDF, and this just makes so much sense. The theory simply “clicks.” Moreover, it also comports with my own experience. By understanding how the science works, we can implement our methods accordingly. I now have a better understanding of where to go with my routine.

So thanks, Wad. I don’t know if everyone will have the patience to read through all 50+ pages, but those who do will be rewarded for having done so.

I am studying the thread a lot, it makes a great contribution to the forum in my opinion.

After reading this.I wonder if I should have 2 sessions everyday? One at morning and one at night??

I don’t know.it seems too damn crazy.

The “Big Gainer” was doing two sessions a day because his routine was becoming too long to complete in one morning session.

Well my session would last anywhere between 1-2 hours. I wonder if that’s too long? But if I do less, I feel like I’m not getting the workout done at all.

If two per day is good why not or four workouts.

If I have read the thread correctly, Big Gainer didn’t split it into two sessions to get better gains, but because it simply took too long.

There is a lot of discussion about the pros and cons of multiple sessions per day on this forum however.
