I’m one of those guys well known as a hard gainer. However, I keep coming back and want to believe this is possible. I haven’t had any gains to speak of over the years but I’m still a dedicated pud puller. A few things I have learned; you may experience a short period of weak erections after giving up masturbation, but they come back! I don’t think masturbation is bad— ejaculating too much is definitely bad. Supplements may not give you gains but they sure make me feel better. I’ve tried just about everything here. I’ve made investments into Bib hangers, pumps and ADS. All without gain. However, I’m still here trying and learning. Obviously convinced it will happen one day…Best..

Here’s my advice. I started close to you in size 6.25bpx4.25. After 2.5 years, I’m at 7.25 x 5 and consider myself a hard gainer. I got .5x.5 gains from a newbie routine and then my gains stopped. I didn’t start gaining again until I understood the concept of fatigue.

To gain you need to fatigue either the ligaments or the tunica. This is a feeling that lasts after your exercise.

I recommend going for length first. I hung with a Captn’s Wench as well as piss pulls for a 100 count. I gained another .5 inch. I stopped hanging and started working on girth, but I think I’ll start hanging again soon. After over a year of no girth gains, I started gaining a little with clamping as well as obends and rest days. (1/4 inch with good PI’s). Once I get to 5.25 I think I’ll switch back to length. I gain length faster and while girth feels better, I think length looks better. Really take whatever gain you can get.

For me length gains are achieved by a totally different routine than girth gains.

For length gains, hang (I used a bungee cord on my toe) every day. 15 min x 2 or 3 or 4 times. Do piss pulls and maintain a feeling of fatigue and stress in the ligaments on the top of your penis. Do this every day to maintain fatigue. Jelq a little, but stretching is your primary exercise.

When you get enough length gains switch to girth. I do 2 days on 1 off. I clamp hard 2x10 minutes and then clamp soft 1 hour plus, and I wrap the base of my penis with 1/2 inch of ace bandage all day. I also wrap on my days off. I also do 100 jelqs and 100 girth blasters and then I do some obends, while I’m flaccid but full. Remember fatigue of the tunica also, it should feel a little stretched when you are doing the exercise and when you are finished.

Also, for length you are stretching ligaments, don’t let them rest. If your penis is contracting stretch it out again. For girth you are growing tunica/smooth muscle. You need rest days and to listen to your PI’s. Go back and read more posts on hanging.

It sucks that you haven’t gained, even after trying hanging and pumping. Have you ever taken a decon break and started from scratch?

I hear what you’re saying regarding working length first, and then girth. The problem I had when I kept stretching my penis (either for long periods, or short ones throughout the day) was that it flagged my erection. Sometimes 1 or 2 rest days were not enough. I’d have to take 3 or 4 days off and by the time I came back to my PE routine, whatever gains I’d have (if any) would be gone.

I’m definitely going to focus on length first, but if some girth gains pop up in the process, it’s not something I’m going to complain about.

Quick, that’s a tough one. You may want to consider chemical enhancements while you are working length because I don’t think you’ll gain much if you can’t do it every day.

Also, while your first post states you are healthy, losing your erection for 3 or 4 days from PE may be a symptom of something. It’s not that common. Maybe you are over training with weights or have high blood pressure or low testosterone. Obviously, I’m no doctor, but healthy people can have health problems. Just something to think about.

Quick, I think it’s better to PE PE joff rest PE PE joff rest. 2 on one off joff the night before your rest day. I jelq very slow, the higher the erection level the slower you should jelq, mainly for safety reasons, but also for expansion.

Pud: Do you suggest I take a decon break, or just get into the jelq of things?

To everyone: I’m going to wait for a few more suggestions before I decide which road I am going to take. I will post my decision on Sunday (the 28th) and begin the routine on Monday (but if I choose to do a decon break, I will obviously start nothing on Monday).

dont cop out with a damn “decon break” If theres one thing in PE i disagree with is the damn decon breaks.

Hang till good fatigue…however long/day it takes.

Add pumping at low Hg if you want.

2. JELQS — slow, fast, wet, dry, erect, semi, flaccid — doesnt matter just get a method and stick with it. Start at 100 jelqs/day. Increase as you feel comfortable.

If you have weak erections you should take some time off, from PE and masturbating. If they don’t improve with time, maybe see a doctor about it.

If your erections get stronger with a little time, then you should give my routine a try. My routine is designed to improve your erection strength. From there feel free to branch off in other directions. I rarely stay with a routine for very long. However I’ve been doing this one for about a month now, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. It really is working well for me so I’m going to stick with it for a while.

I’m not big on measuring and haven’t measured girth in a few months. I started at NBPEL 5.75 x 4.25 The last time I measured I was BPEL 7.15 x 5.0. I use to fit in a toilet paper roll, now not even close. I think my girth is up to 5.20 and length is about the same.
