Zero hour is upon us - I have chosen which routine I am going to follow.

First off, I’d like to thank everybody for their contribution to this thread. That alone has given me significant insight, as well as encouragement to continue to pursue my PE endeavors.

I was attracted to a lot of concepts, ideas and routines posted in this thread. Pud, your routine makes the most sense and ties in with sparkyx’s PI thread (which I believe to be very underrated). SSI and ModestoMan also posted some great ideas, as well as Swensk, hydroxpl, Upgrading Unit and The Beasty One.

The routine I have chosen to do is a jelqing routine from babbis that is based on IPR-protocol. I encourage everyone to give xenolith’s “Find xeno: a penis tale” thread a thorough read. Then once you’ve read it, read it again. Then again. To me, this routine has made the most sense and babbis has agreed to take me under his wing. I plan on focusing on length first and then will focus on girth (also using IPR) after I have achieved my length gain. babbis has also agreed not to accept any money from me. Therefore, if his routine does provide me with the most gains toward my PE goal, I will donate the entire $500 to the Thunders community.

If, by chance, IPR protocol does not work, I will take another 1-2 month decon break and follow Pud’s suggested routine.

Then, if that doesn’t work, I will take yet another 1-2 month decon break and follow the advice of the members in this thread who suggested hanging.

If I gain, I will create a progress log in the proper forum. If I don’t, I’ll re-spark this thread in a few months.

Why not start a journal anyway? I for one would be greatly interested in seeing it. Plus if babbis is mentoring you, it would be interesting to see feedback from him to you, and vice-versa.

Even though it’s been almost a year since I started this thread, I keep reading it over and over and over. For those who haven’t read it before, I encourage you to give it a read through - there is a lot of valuable information in this thread. From all the thought, work and dedication I put into PE, I was hoping to be at least 7 x 5 by now and gladly hand over the $500 to the person who suggested the routine that got me there.

Sadly, this is has not happened.

Instead, I’m fishing for new routines. There are days I feel depressed that I’ve spent so much effort and time into something that hasn’t produced any results. There are also days where I read new (and re-read old) success stories and get inspired all over again. Today, I feel both.

I’ve been contemplating the advice given to me by Pud. He is a person who swears by the dry jelq as “the” PE exercise. I searched for all the threads on TP that talked about dry jelqing and it was amazing reading about how this simple exercise has helped so many people.

I’m one of those people who believes that masturbation/ejaculation DOES affect gains. So, I going to be cutting out masturbation as much as possible. I’ll probably end up doing it once a week.

These are the words that I plan to live by for the next 1-2 months: “Like I said I do the overhand dry jelq with a cock ring on, use a time limit, jelq no more than 15 minutes a day, 2 days on one off. Stopped masturbating all together.”

2 on/1 off has been pretty strainuous on my unit in the past. If I notice negative PIs, I’ll switch to 1 on/1 off. The main thing, is that I stick to dry jelqing with a cockring on.

Quick, is it possible that less is not more, and it’s just less ? I would never believe that 15 min/day could give any results regardless of the routine you use. Have you ever tried something like 4-6 hours /day, hanging or some sort of traction device ?

Here is the current routine I stick by which has led me to gain awesome gains :)

500 jelqs
15 x 10sec power stretches (top, down, front, left and right)
30 x 10sec circular stretches
15 x 10sec V-stretches
5-10 minutes of sit and stretch

have you tried pumping? I am almost positive you will get gains maby not “real gains” at first but they may come.

I pump my cock up 3 sets of 10, put a cock ring on, and pump it up to max expansion. My unit gets super fat and stays that way as long as I keep the cock ring on. I do this before I have sex with my GF. ( don’t leave the cock ring on for more than 30 min IMO. Other people will say different though.)

I know its not the answer to you getting “real” gains but I know when my unit is all fat and veined out it boost my confidence. Any size increase can really look pretty dramatic when it comes to your dick you might be amazed as to how big it can get.

It doesn’t last of course but hey we are Men we live for here and now.

After 18 weeks of PE 8/12/06--->NBPEL 6.75 BPEL 7.25 EG 5.25

New Start 3/1/07-->NBPEL 6.5 BPEL 7.15 EG 5.0

Now 06/8/07------>NBPEL 6.85 BPEL 7.4 EG 5.5

I’ve gained 1.5-2” EL and 1”+ EG from doing this routine:

AM: 20 minutes clamping with exercises (dry jelqs, squeezes)
PM: .5-1 hour BTC hanging with 10-15 pounds
.5-1 hour SD hanging with 10-20 pounds
40 minutes clamping (with exercises)

IMO screw the low volume routines. Blast your unit with high intensity, shoot for heavy fatigue/soreness, and you will see big gains. (Of course safety comes first. Gradually ramp up intensity/time and you should experience no worse side effects than occasional spots/discoloring.)

Hey, I have actual picture proof of your gains quik… Are you implying that you have not gained?

Give this a try, I started the newbie routine a month ago, and stoped doing it word for word and I’m seeing a huge difference post workout, I haven’t been doing it long enough to know weather it works in the long run, but after every session I go from 7.75” BPEL to 8” BPEL.

Warm up. I prefer the shower. I get use to the heat for a few minutes and then I can take it, but I don’t use warm water, I go for a solid and hot stream. Obviously you should see what is comfortable for you, but the hotter the better.
Stretch all directions and hold for 30 seconds in each. - Flaccid
Wet jelq 100 strokes. - 50 to 80 % erect
Stretch in all directions again, this time you will get a much better stretch. - Flaccid
Dry jelq 200 strokes, nice and slow, when you get to your glans pull out/up like you would when you stretch and kegel. - 50 to 70 % erect
Warm down.
I suggest a lower level of erection for the dry jelq because you incorporate some stretching with it as well.

I think that going from flaccid to erect on more then one occasion during a workout gives the penis a shock. After the first set of stretching and jelqing I can go threw a far more rigorous stretching session.
