I have a hard time with length gains but girth came fairly quickly for me. I’ve still only gained .25 inch length in 1 1/2 years, and that came within the first 3 months. I never did the stretch and hold for 30 secs, I started out with the helicopter stretches. Stretch straight up then rotate clockwise for a set number and then do counter clockwise. Maybe it will give you the jump off point you need to get gaining. My girth routine may be too intense for you right now but I would recommend a single clamp at the base, with plenty of wrap, clamp off your erection and let it subside slightly, then rock your hips back like you were pulling out then kegel. You can do short kegels or 10 sec ones. I’ve gotten myself up to 30 sec kegels and have had better erections and just noticed a .25 inch gain around the circ scar. This can be very intense if you’re not careful but a .25 inch in a month is pretty good. If anyone tries this be very careful, you will feel it from mid shaft to head but mostly around the circ scar.
