I’m saying I don’t PE with an erection. An erection is the last thing I want while PEing. ‘Peak erections’ (a positive indictor I strive to keep), are used solely for multiple orgasms or sex with me.

That can’t happen for my wife and I. We have sex almost every night, not because we are horny people. Sex happens to be our sleeping pill. We are not here for the money. Donating to the forum is admirable, but what we offer to one another should be for free. That’s my opinion, anyway.

I suggest you do either manual stretches or hanging, but not just any old stretches or hanging. You want to shoot for a feeling of being stretched. You want your dick to feel the same way your hamstrings feel when you stretch your leg muscles. A feeling of tension, like you can feel your tissues slowly creeping to longer lengths. If you don’t know what I mean, try stretching your hamstrings for a while. Try this with different body parts. See how it feels. The optimal force is just enough to give you this feeling. More force is counterproductive.

How do you get this feeling? Not just by stretching any old way, but by the “divide-and-conquer” technique. The penis is basically a tube. But it’s not the same all the way around. The part that’s the toughest, and that I think resists growth the most, is the dorsal thickening of the tunica. This section of tissue runs down the length of your penis on either side of your dorsal vein. That is the area where you want to feel your tissues stretch.

I believe this area is best attacked with some sort of fulcrum. I think Mem had it right when he recommended stretching over a fulcrum with a radius of about 1-2”. Experiment with different sizes and see what feels best.

Your grip is of essential importance in focusing stress on this area. You want to grip directly under your glans. I suggest on overhand grip in which your dorsal vein butts up against the pocket formed between your thumb and forefinger.

If you’re hanging, you should preferably use a short hanger. I recommend the Wenchette. Various vacuum hangers might work well, too. The point is, you want the hanger to sit as close to the glans as possible, without riding up over the glans. To achieve this with the Wenchette, I would generally apply the hanger about 1/4” below my circ scar and let the hanger ride forward somewhat as the weight was applied.

Continuing with the divide-and-conquer approach, I would consider alternating sides. Pull (or hang) down to the right, down to the left, and down in the middle, all the while over the fulcrum. Shoot for the stretched feeling. Try to sustain that feeling.

As far as your routine goes, I recommend Xeno’s IPR protocol or something similar. The idea is to start out unconditioned (following a 2 month complete break). Start hanging (or pulling) with a moderate weight—heavy enough to give you a good stretched feeling, but no heavier. Hang every second or third day, increasing the force or time each workout by about 10%. Wear and ADS as much as possible when you’re not hanging. After about 2-3 weeks of this (no more), stop hanging and wear your ADS as much as possible. Continue this for about 1 month. Then do nothing for 2 months more. No PE whatsoever. After 2 months of complete rest, start in again with the same routine (adjusting the weight/force as needed to give you the stretched feeling).

Judging from your lack of gains, it appears to me that your physiology may be very aggressive at conditioning your penis. This is why I think it is very important for you to apply the concepts of progressive work (adding a bit more force/time each workout), ADS (to train your tissues to be longer), and rest (to decondition your tissues in preparation for the next onslaught).

This is my best advice, for now, and it’s what I plan to do when I resume PE. The thing I am least confident about in my advice above is the recommendation to hang every second or third day. I’m putting some faith in Xenolith in making that suggestion. Make sure you wear an ADS. I think that is the key to making the every second or third day routine work.

I came to Thunder’s in April as means of a fresh start. The first PE forum I joined was in August 2003. Before that, the only PE I’d read about was from free online manuals with very little description and no images. I’d say, I was jelqing for a few months before I joined the PE forum. So roughly, I’d guess I first started PE around the beginning of 2003. At that time, I’m unsure of what my measurements were.

However, I have just checked my old journal at the forum and I’d posted my erect measurement as follows - 5.74”. That would have been NBP, as that’s how I always measure. That was in March 2004.

Up until I joined Thunder’s in April of this year, PE had always been on and off for me. Like I said, I came to Thunder’s as means of a fresh start. I resumed PE in April of this after some months off. I took my measurements on 17th April and measured 6.5” NBPEL. So, I do know that from March 2004 - April 2006 I’ve gone from 5.74” to 6.5”.

As from when I resumed PE in April of this year, I’ve since gone from 6.5” to just over 7” (NBP) as stated in this thread - Updates - 4 Weeks In…

However, lately I’ve been finding it hard to maintain such a strong erection. That’s one thing I’m working on right now, and, hopefully things will improve. With a full blown hard on, I’m able to peak at just over 7”. However, like I say it’s often hard for me to have such full blown erections so most of the time I average at just under 7”.

So in total, from March 2004 to present, I’ve gone from 5.74” to just over 7” on a good day. Previous to 2004, I have no idea what I measured at as I didn’t keep track of my size.

I’ve just skimmed the entire thread, so I may have missed something, but here’s my opinion anyway (NOT based on a vast wealth of experience :-)

In short: keep it warm, keep it entended, don’t overstrain it.

In slightly more detail: I do a 5-10 min. warm-up in a hot shower, stretching for the last half of that period. I then jelq 10 min., then pump—at no higher than 5”Hg—for 20 to 30 min (with drops to 1-2 every 5 min.). Wrap the tube with a heating pad. Repeat as necessary—shower-jelq-pump. I generally do this for an hour to 90 min., 5 days a week. I also sometimes clamp for 20-30 min. with a soft cock ring only instead of the second pumping session. (No more hard cable clamps for me.) Am currently trying to double-up by pumping with a cock ring on, but that’s experimental/advanced/risky (although not, IMO, as risky as a cable clamp). I try to hang with light weights for as long as possible after a workout. I use PEWeights or a single ankle/wrist weight.

I’d use an ADS (I have a PeniMaster) but it is quite uncomfortable. Just got a vacuum head thingy and will try to do more hanging (but very light stuff), and may try the extender version when it’s available.

I wear an adjustable cock ring much of the day to take advantage of the occasional wood (sometimes encouraged :-) and a wrist strap at night.

The basic theory is to promote slow growth, without trauma, pretty much constantly. Nevetheless, I take a complete PE break for at least a full day each week.

It took me a while to learn that more force is counterproductive. Finding that sweet spot is the hardest part (cue Coldplay) of PE.

I’m surprised at how many people have come to help me on my quest - that alone is giving me the encouragement I need to keep PEing and try to get SOME gains.

The reason I offered the $100 to the person who could provide me with a working routine is because sometimes it seems that saying those classic two words are just not enough. Seriously. I would give anything to have a 7 x 5 cock. Anything.

SSI: I definitely have to give those threads a read. I never thought I’d have to go down those roads (pumping, hanging, ADS)…but if need be, I’m there.

Noodles_: It truly is amazing at how erection strength is one of those key PI’s. Everyone should give sparkyx’s PI thread another thorough read - it’s well worth it and I believe it has some key things that will remain constant throughout the ever changing theory of PE.
