Horse 440 Squeezes

Horse 440 I did your exact workout got a alsome pump, about the same a
pumping/jelq combo I usally do. What did you mean by this:

Repeat! I do 10 sets of 20 jelqs and 10 sets of 10 sec MegaSqueeze at random day intervals and it’s working wonders for my girth.

Do you do this several times a day or random days during the week? I ‘ve went from 4.5 to about 4.75 EG in the last yr and I’m really want to get it a the 5+ range. My length is good up to 7 BP which makes it look thinner and the wife say she rather see girth because she says I hit bottom sometime now (still going after 8 though:-) .

1Quest from 4.5 to 5.75? Those are the results I’m looking for. What about more details on your girth routine (sets, reps, and days on).

I notice that alot of guys on this site are also into Bodybuilding. I compete and the state level myself and wonder if there is other also.

Bringing this thread back. Does horse do the whole routine several times per day like getpump says or what? I have been clamping for 2 months and it doesnt seem to be helping my girth much.

I think you may be overtraining. For length, you should do it daily, but for girth I believe every other day. I gained 1/2” EG my first month of PE, doing every other day. All together, I went from 5.2 to approx 6.1-6.2 (varies) - mid shaft.

Try slow, strong dry jelqs. Some ulis, then clamp. But see if every other day might help you more.

I think I will try every other day too. I desperately need girth more than length. I have used the PM for less than a week and guess what? Already .25” increase on BP FL! So I hope this will turn into BPEL. I am pleased with this but I would have traded it for .25” girth increase anyday.

At this rate I will end up with a 12” hot dog sausage!

Today was my light pe day. I didn’t hang because my skin can use few days off. I just pumped for 15 min and did 100 jelqs. Then I tried a horse440 - damn! I am not a newbie but that exercise is awesome for girth - much more intense then uli and targets more tunica surface. Although the pressure on the shaft veins was immense also. I have to be very careful with that. This exercise is definitely not for newbies.

Wow, a newbie that searches, reads, and posts. Good for you kutu. :up: But do not start these until you have some more experience at PE. I would wait several months before trying Horses. You will hurt yourself if you aren’t ready for them.

What if we do light “horses”? Like, wait for just a few seconds before releasing.

I wouldn’t try any of the more advanced exercises period untill you have been adequately prepared. But that is just my POV.

I’ve read through the whole thread, but I haven’t seen a reference to this issue. Supposedly the glans is only connected to the CS, and blood *cannot* directly pass from the glans to the CC. Hence, as you displace blood from the glans with H440s (it’s the only addition to a manual clamping exercise), the girth increase from H440’s should only be in the CS. Then how is it that using this exercise people mention “tunica pressure” and so on? How (if) does it affect CC growth?

The ends of the CC’s extend part way into what we see as the head, so you’re squeezing them.

Also, I (and maybe others) squeeze the glans and also the part below the glans. Horse440’s are my favorite.

I’ve been pe’ing for a couple of months and have read this site and kept seeing the word “horse440” but never looked it up until last night, and then tried it out last night.wow.it’s great! Thanks horse :)
