Repeat! I do 10 sets of 20 jelqs and 10 sets of 10 sec MegaSqueeze at random day intervals and it’s working wonders for my girth.
Do you do this several times a day or random days during the week? I ‘ve went from 4.5 to about 4.75 EG in the last yr and I’m really want to get it a the 5+ range. My length is good up to 7 BP which makes it look thinner and the wife say she rather see girth because she says I hit bottom sometime now (still going after 8 though:-) .

I notice that alot of guys on this site are also into Bodybuilding. I compete and the state level myself and wonder if there is other also.
