Horse 440 Squeezes

Hey guys Can somebody comment on my routine

I do about a 5-10 minute stretching warm up followed by 2-5 minute helicopters

Than I get erect and do 3 erect squeezes followed by either 20 pumps or 20 jelqs

Than I do 2-3 horse440’s followed by the same thing (either or)

Than for 2-5 minutes I wrap a small HOT face cloth around my unit.is this a good w/o anything I should be doing longer/shorter.maybe add a w/o or two?

If anybody has suggestions I would be thankful if you posted

Ok last night I figured out what it was about. In my opinion you can change this part which is almost impossible to do for most:

Instead of this, while the tourniquet is there at the bottom of your penis just squeeze your glans with your 2 fingers (index and middle) and then squeeze just under the glans at the beginning of the shaft with your other 2 fingers (ring and baby). This way blood will be trapped in the shaft and you will notice a big girth expansion. That is what the exercise is about.

I guess this is the best girth exercise out there -unbelievably effective! However if you are a newbie who is planning to go for it, I wish you good luck because you will need that.. A LOT! Even the vets should do it with most caution because there is a so very slight balance between it is being a girth exercise and a DICK EXPLODER!! Just squeeze the blood from your glans to the shaft gently and do not rush it. Let the blood flow down slowly (2-3 seconds) otherwise you will experience an instant ache and at that point god knows what is gonna happen!

Thanks for this post I’ll try the same PE program .

I’ve started incorporating this exercise into my edging sessions and it’s a great expander.

There’s a lot of pressure involved though so I do advise caution.

However, this has serious potential to send my girth measurements through the roof!

I don’t know if this has been mentioned before, but I tried a version of the 440. It’s the same setup but instead of taking an ok grip and sliding your hand down, get a medium sized hardback book and stick your junk in the middle. Keeping the tourniquet grip the whole time, lay the book on a table with your junk insid and slowly add pressure to it. You should feel an incredible pressure increase.

And get injured in a few seconds. :)

Mandingo, you can incorperate a window and get even better pressure going. Place the book, junk included, in an open window. Close the window on the book, and then hang your entire body from the top of the window. You should feel an incredible pressure increase.

We have also had guys experiment with parking cars on their peckers. And I am sure that you know of the bungee jump method.

The point is, it is your penis! Don’t let anyone influence your PE strategy with silly safety concerns! :thumbs:

I think we need to be more precise here. If this exercise involves deflating the glans while the shaft if clamped(manually) at the base, then it is sure an exercise for the CS. Correct me if I am wrong, but blood can not move from the glans into either of the CC’s. Instead it moves into the CS. Am I right?

Does not much matter where the blood moves. Shaft expands like mad and that is enough.
