Flaccid girth exercise
This is just something I’ve been doing for the past day or so. I thought of it particularly because orange bends worked for me (done flacid). Also, Mr. Orange’s theory was that working on girth while flacid translates into more girth when erect (the amount you expand while flacid REALLY expands when you get erect), which I think makes sense.
So what I’ve been doing is basically squeezing both ends of my cock together. You have to do this at about only 10% - 20% erect. If you’re too flacid you won’t get any expansion, and if you’re hard at all you can’t squeeze the ends of the cock together. What I mean by squeezing the ends of the cock together is clamping off at the base of the cock with one hand, wraping your other hand around your cock head (the thumbs of your hands should be facing each other) and pushing both hands towards each other. If you’re at the right erection level you’ll get a huge ball in the middle, and if you squeeze decently hard you can really feel a pressure in there.
I was working today, and took three bathroom breaks I think. At each bathroom break I did maybe one or at the most two of these, and several hours apart. When I got home today I measure and I was a bit over 1/8” in girth above normal. This is pretty amazing for me since it takes a lot of work just to achieve that right after a girth workout for me. Also, I got some red dots on my cock, which I almost never get due to any exercises, even really intense ones. So, I will warn people to be very careful with this if you try it. I would be very interested to know if anyone else gets results from this though.
