I’m very desperate and willing to try anything been on sizegenetics for a month now but the results is too slow. I’m gonna give this a try and post an update. Hope it will work for me.

Pick a newbie routine, no need to ruin your penis for easy gains.

I don’t think there’s any reason a newbie shouldn’t do these… they’re not super intense if you don’t squeeze too hard. Just take it easy at first.

I’m going to add this to my routine. I’ve been focusing on flaccid gains for a while with limited success (0.25” in four or five months). Unfortunately, I see the older posts of others trying but no follow up if it is successful or not.
