This looks pretty interesting! I have almost 5” girth around the base, but only about 4.5” girth near my head, there seems to be a point where my unit ‘cones’; this exercise looks to be great for fixing it. Thanks Mick!

There are some theories on this forum about how people get the most girth in the places where the clamps are positioned and not so much on other parts. So what I do is I use the Bib hanger while flaccid, as a clamp. It seems to be doing something but so far I don’t have enough evidence that it works.

“Cone Shape” seems to be standard issue for more than a few guys. Lampwick pointed out several positives to the cone shape:

And yes, over time with pumping, I am developing greater girth progressively from the base.

That said, there are advantages to having a slightly tapering girth distribution. You enjoy easier insertion, and it is easy to modulate how much girth you’re delivering by how deep you go.

I discovered this thread searching for flaccid girth. I really like this exercise. I probably don’t do it as hard as most, but in general, I always try to use good form and consistency rather than pushing it to the extreme.

Either way, I don’t know if its just short term gains, but these really seem to work. Very cool.

PS> I call them Mickys… I think McSqeezes makes me think of some kind of orange slupree kind of drink from McDonalds.

I actually never really got that far with these. They seemed promising at first, but then didn’t see to do much so I stopped.

How well are they working for you?

I only came across the thread about two days ago… but so far, it feels like it working. You know that feeling you get.

Interesting thread. I have problem with both flaccid girth and erect girth so this could be something to do. Do you think its good to do this about 5*20 seconds everytime you´re on the toilet thou-rough the day?

Isn’t this basically what we used to call a Sadsac? Or a Uli/Horse squeeze kind of deal? Probably. Nothing new under the sun in PE. But I agree that flaccid girth is very important. Routines that enhance FG bring total volume gains. For me flaccid girth is all that really interests me anymore.

I am definitely gonna try this.

Hallo all,

I normally enjoy a nice feeling for hours once I do the following procedure ;

1. Warm up my dick and balls with hot shower for about three minutes.

2. Pull the penis with all my might slowly clockwise all the way 360 degree.

3. Repeat procedure 2 but this time anticlockwise. 2and 3 takes 5 to 10 minutes.

While doing above I always try to tighten and squeeze the pb muscles.

4 then I hold the glans as if wrapping it on my palm with one hand while the other holds the base of the shaft.

I then apply a lot pressure trying to make the length shrink but the girth widens.

I hold in this position for about 1 min and relaxes for about 30 sec. On average I do it 5times.

5. Lastly, I warm again and I sort of massage both balls and whole shaft with my favourlite lotion (vaseline)

With above I normally enjoy several daytime erectins which I guess is due to exellent blood flow.

Also my unit hangs better and the scrotum appears well relaxed and hanging.

Been doing the clamped slinky things. Good workout, getting vien-ier and thicker during workouts, especially if I clamp properly. Seems that clamping properly is half the battle to making these bends productive. I am encouraged.

Anyone still doing these? I think they have a lot of potential, but I can’t really do them now because I seem to get discolouration and red dots so easily now.

Anyone else have any flaccid girth exercise ideas? I think there’s a lot of potential in flaccid girth exercises because of how they stretch the tunica. I’m convinced of this because Orange Bends worked well for me and many other people. Also the golf weight exercise stretch seems to work really well for some, although I never got anything out of it at all.

Flaccid girth tunica stretches… any ideas anyone?

Seems interesting but after this many years we should be seeing people we have gained results from this, whatever the case I am interested to try

Apart from marinera’s flaccid dry jelqs with the afb hanger I don’t see what else could be done better than bends and squeezes. Well maybe bundled stretches are worth a try? Gripping and pulling each ccs apart has never been done and it does not sound doable. Flaccid girth exercises followed by erect girth work (clamped edging?) may work better than either on its own.
