CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

This has probably been discussed before but it is not possible to search within a thread is it?

Clamping and cool down (using cold water or cold wrap). Anyone tried with a good result? And if so, do you cool down after the entire 3x10 minutes exercise or after each session? It makes sense to me.

Everything I have seen says after your whole session is completed. You may even want to consider some sort of heat wrap while clamping.

I would answer “no” to your question. It’s just clamping albeit it the stupid variety where you don’t have the possibility of a quick release should you show discoloration.

Second, you probably do not warm up properly. If I don’t, my expansion is very limited while after some minutes with a rice sock, it is about 10 mm or more. Another possibility might be that you do not clamp off properly. When I have applied the clamp, I cannot move it up or down on the shaft. If you can, you probably don’t clamp off hard enough.

I’m doing warmup for 15min now and got 13.9cm in the clamp. Thanks for the advise.

I have a question for anyone who’s been clamping.

I’ve been doing 2-3 sets of 15-20 minutes with a cable clamp, staying fully erect. When I’m in the clamp, I expand in girth to levels that I don’t see during or after any other exercises. Up to about 5.4 inches MSG. Immediately after, I’m back down to about my original girth, possibly slightly higher. And the next morning, I’m definitely back down to normal.

So my questions is: is the girth you see while clamped indicative of your future girth if you keep clamping? I know that kind of seems obvious, but for me, like I said, no other PE exercise does to my dick what clamping does, so I fear it might just be a transitive effect. For example, my dick appears to be the same girth in a pump as it is when I get erect directly after pumping, and that girth is just my normal 5.1 or so.

Also, a question far less likely to be answerable, but…anyone think they can predict a time frame (in weeks/months/years) in between when you achieve a specific size in the clamp and when you start seeing that size when not clamping?

Me Me Me, or at least not anywhere near what i get in a clamp work out. girth after all other exercises about 5.5 max, girth after a clamp session 6.25 average. got up to 6.5 once was amazing but a long ass session lol.

I don’t see how anyone can keep a clamp on for hours on end, unless you have a severly desensitized penis. I read the nurses standard time limit for tourniquets is 20min max after that blood clots start to form. Didn’t anybody here see that episode of 1000 ways to die?

I have been nocking around with a formula for expected gains. If it’s anything like bodybuilding you can expect to gain slightly less each year. So far I’ve come up with about 1” to 1.5” in girth in 2 years. The most I have ever gained in a month was .5” in a month in the beginning and now it’s slowed to .5” in 4 to 8 months.

You go from 5 to 6.25 in during a workout??? That sounds like an obscene amount of temporary gains. Personally, I simply get up to max erection during most workouts but get up to 5.3-5.4 MSG during clamping. Then again, I am a super hard gainer with likely an extra strong tunica.

How long did it take to receive a package from http://www.cableclamp.com/? I ordered from them a week ago and my package has still not come in. Normally I wouldn’t have even noticed because I don’t order many products online so I have no clue how long it takes, but I made another purchase from a site based in MD and it got here on Wednesday, then I decided to check my e-mail and realized I’ve never received a confirmation e-mail from them, but the charge is definitely on my card. I hope I didn’t put in any information wrong.
