What about hand clamping instead? I use to clam my base with an ok grip when fully hard and hold the grip for about 1 minute.and do some sets of this exercise.what do you think about it? Is it considered clamping as well?

I do 1 min. X 5-6 with my hand (I started 3 months ago PEing & I’m doing this for the last month it’s feels really great).
