I’m wondering about clamping and progression. Is it enough to do the same routine for a lot of time to gain or do you need to amp it up every now and then? What do the experienced clampers say?

I’ve been clamping again after a long time off. I’ve started at 2 a day at about 6 - 7 mins a piece. One thing I’m worried about does anyone Lose length from clamping or has anyone lost from clamping?

Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

I have gained length from clamping :) Doubt anyone has lost anything from working out girth.

Current(07/02/2011) 7.60" BPEL 4.75" EG

Goal 8.5" NBPEL 6.5" EG

I’m still interested in if you successfull clampers just used a routine for a long time and gained or if you as time moved on went into more agressive clamping.

For a newbie clamping routine what do you guys suggest? I manual stretch for about 5 min before I clamp, then yesterday I clamped for 2 7 min sessions. My dick is sore today. Is there a newbie clamping routine you guys suggest?

Just gradually work your way up to 3x10 minutes. Start with 2x5 or 3x5 and add 1 minute every week or two, that should be safe.

Will regular clamping cause the tunica to toughen up which will make length gains harder?

That seems to be the case, yes.

I’d say no it’s not the same, and probably not nearly as intense.

What section in Walmart are the cable clamps in? I’ve been looking for awhile, and I previously bought some from Walmart a few years ago, but cannot remember.
