In somewhere safe squat down and conjure up a 10-20% erection, then using a palm’s down grip on the penis stretch from just under the glans as if to do manual stretching.
Then whilst having one hand on the penis place this stretch straight down and apply your second hand to build up the tension on the penis.
Lastly, count down from 10 whilst still in the stretch proceed with the stretch until you reach zero and as you say ZERO you raise your body quickly whilst pushing down on the stretch as you stand up.
If done fast as you say Zero you will feel forces on your penis which should leave it in an extended flaccid state for an hour or longer.
I feel doing this just 5 times a day with Warm ups could see the PE participant gain remarkable LENGTH gains.
