Been doing PE on and off for about 14 months, off because I stop for a few days or so then continue, but I have seen improvement in all. My goal is to add girth, just girth right now. About 2/4 to 3/4 of an inch to be exact. Mid Girth and up. My Current routine that I been doing are slow jelqs at high erection levels for a few weeks, I never measure but it feels good. I know there are ALOT of exercises out there. But which to do? Theory’s on girth gains? And other things for people ready for a more girth-only routine. I know there’s a couple of huge Girth gainers out there who gotten an inch and more, please give us some comments.

I believe my penis is well conditioned for girth exercises right now. It Doesent get sore at all, with my routine it just stays pumped thru the day.

No I havent done anything for girth other than jelqs.

Reason for this thread is to get the most uptodate information on gaining girth, as things change and new/safer/easier/better things are developed after awhile, making the use of old techniques dangerous or less advantageous.

Personally I’m looking at manual exercises, but in a way it would make this thread more complete if it talks about all possibilities.

Keep up the jelqing and add some Ulis. After a few weeks of Ulis, add in some gentle bends. You want to start slow with girth exercises; jumping straight into something more dangerous and vigorous like clamping will toughen the tunica, making girth gains harder to come by in the future.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hey, this is a message I sent out to other people who asked me about my girth gains. Hope it helps you.

Most people think what I say will be a bit weird but if you don’t mind that then read on
I usually massage a mix of Arnica, Olive oil and Lavender into the entire penis (im not cut so its easier for some than others I imagine) once a day. Another member recommended it to me.

Before I work out I warm up for at least 5-10 with a rice sock warming as needed. I then stretch out and follow up with how ever many jelqs I can handle (both inverse and conventional grip i tend to keep my grip tighter than normal. I stretch again. warm down for 10 minutes with rice sock. At night I do something which I THINK relates to clamping but I usually just achieve about 70% erection and then just hold the base until it feels comfortable and the entire penis feels engorged to its peak. As soon as I feel any type of discomfort I stop. At the end of the night I use heat as well and throughout the week I will just briefly stretch and then use heat. This workout is used 3-4 times a week.

I also pump which I believe has helped me a lot. I really took a lot of time to find the right size cylinder that came with a pressure meter. Use discretion when using one because it can be a really great thing or a really bad thing depending on how slow or fast you take it. I started by just pumping 1 time a week then gradually built up to 2-3. I don’t really see a need to do more but I am no expert on this subject nor have I reached a level where I am believed to need anything more. I stretch after my pump sessions jelq a LITTLE bit after I am done depending on how I feel.

Supplements I take include:
NO2 (nitric oxide I use as a bodybuilding supplement)
Ginko Biloba
Tribulus Terrestris - bodybuilding supplements, stimulates production of lutenizing hormone which is a precursor
to testosterone. Found in health food stores.

I also drink a lot of pomegranate juice as well which I have found helped me out ( i know there are skeptics but it worked for my EQ. I also use a product called horny goat weed from time to time which increases libido like crazy. I also quit smoking cigarettes, I was a chronic pot smoker and I smoked 15 cigarettes daily. Now I enjoy pot once in a while but my lungs feel a lot clearer and EQ has gone up drastically. I also started bodybuilding again last November which gives me more frequent erections due to the increase in testosterone.

To be honest I don’t really follow what I would call anything too serious. I train instinctively and do what feels good to me. I allow myself to heal if I am even the slightest bit in doubt. I keep a balance between training and rest and usually apply heat whenever I can. Even if its just gentle warmth.

I neglected to say I Kegel as well but I only do it whenever I think about it, not as part of my routine.

A lot of my training is done instinctively, I cannot stress that enough, I know my body and how it works very well and understanding when to train and when not to train is key in my eyes.

Ulis Erect jelqs Horse 440s Sadsak Head girth(i use memento’s mod) Ive been doing these for 2-3 weeks, my shaft feels thicker than before, but my head doesn’t seem as big as it was, I’m hoping its just because the shaft is bigger. I think its because I do the Ulis and Sadsak before the Horse 440’s so my head is really big when I’m squeezing the blood from it into my shaft, during the horse 440 squeezes I get ridiculously fat.
