Girth gains finally picked up again; here's how

So I got some newbie girth in my first month, but since then I haven’t gotten anything except nice length gains. I realize now in retrospect that it’s probably due to the fact that I wasn’t jelqing at too high of an erection level or intensity. I would jelq and get a nice hanging shlong after but I realize I wasn’t doing thorough “engorging” jelqs at a 50+% erection level.

I must mention, though, that I’ve incorporated something new into my jelqing and It’s given me my first girth gains in some time. If you’ve been jelqing with a decent erection level thoroughly but have had no girth gains then listen up.

First off, I’d like to know if those who have not gained in girth and really feel they have been jelqing effectively measure their girth pre and post their PE routines. I’ve gotten in the habit of bringing my tape measure into the bathroom each PE routine now. I now ensure that after each routine I have a bit over 1/4 inch of extra girth after my jelqing. I am making sure, by doing this, that expansion is happening, and thus plastic deformation. Check if your girth is really more than it is normally, after your jelqing.

My new sort of exercise is just a slight variation of jelqing and I think it’s why I’m now seeing girth gains. It goes like this:

I do overhand jelqs with my palms down towards the floor. What I’ve been doing lately is I’ve been doing normal jelqs, except when my hand gets to the end of my shaft and it is at the beginning of the glans I rest it there and begin my next jelq with the opposite hand and what I do is I squeeze 3 times with the hand at the head as I jelq. Once right as the beginning of the jelq stroke, once in the middle of it, and once right as there’s about an inch left in between the hands (sometimes slightly less). So basically I’m jelqing with alternating hands, and with the hand that’s not jelqing I squeeze the head 3 times during the jelq stroke at different times. It’s like a mix between horse 440s and jelqs and u can feel the engorgement with each of the 3 squeezes. I continue on with these jelqs just like normal jelqs, but with these 3 squeezes during each stroke.

It should be noted I don’t hold the squeeze for more than a second. It’s as if the jelq is not altered or disrupted by the squeezes, but the squeezes are merely happening as the jelq goes. I admit, though, that as I do the exercise I pause the jelq stroke hand for that second as I’m doing it. So it’s like a jelq that has 3 quick pauses with squeezes as I go. Also this will make your wrists quite tired.

I hope this makes sense ^. I normally hover a bit over 4.75 (around 4.85) girth but after my PE routine using these jelqs I measure at 5.2ish. I know this will be good for my erect girth because I’m expanding my penis beyond it’s normal capacities for some time. Plus, this extra girth hangs around for a while after and thus is causing repairable damage :) .

PS - Oh I forgot, I have noticed an EXTREMELY distinct change in the head of my erection. Before I did this exercise (and i’ve only been doing it a week) my head was often soft even with a rock hard erection. But now when I beat off my head FEELS different in my hand! It’s quite amazing! I feel as though the ridge is MORE defined and the head is harder. PLEASE try this exercise out and ask me if you dont get it. I swear it’s making my head more… DEFINED and seperate.

That sounds like a great exercise, I can’t wait to try it in an hour or two. Well described too man I can picture it. How much experience do you think is needed to try it. I’ve been Pe’ing for about 3-4 months, but no major routine or anything until about a month or two ago. So maybe two months 3 months real experience. Ive been able to do lots of squeezes etc (modesto’s) with no problem and no injury yet. But I will not go crazy.

Yea I wouldn’t try it in the first 2 months but I’m in my 3rd now and I can handle it no problem. It’s just a quick squeeze every couple of seconds.

So would you say you are jelqing at a 50% erection level?


Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

I would say more of a 60-80 now… I get up to a full erection, then let it subside to the exact point where it’s not too hard so that it doesn’t feel too uncomftorable jelqing hard and thoroughly. There’s a point for me where it’s not TOO hard I guess around 70%.

I don’t wanna take ANY credit for this exercise until people report some increased gains + tell me how their head feels different. I can’t describe how it feels, just more defined in my hand.

I got a great pump from this workout last night.

I like the overlapping jelq (starting with the other hand before the first hand is done). I find it puts lots of pressure both mid-shaft and in the head. But for me it hasn’t translated into girth gains.. YET :)

I measure my girth with a 90 percent erection (I don’t consider myself to be 100 percent except when I’m around 30 seconds from cumming), but it’s pretty much almost as hard as I can get it without beating it off. Then I do my PE’ing (stretching and jelqing) and afterwards I get around that 90 percent erection again and it’s usually around 1/4 inch bigger in girth. This is usually a sign of growth for me.

BTW, does anyone else agree with me that they get bigger measurements right before they cum as opposed to when they begin beating it off?

How do you take measurements right before you cum? Do you pull out and say “Sorry honey, I’ve just got to do this real quick for my PE log.” ?? Or…if you’re going solo, do encorporate a ruler and a tape measure into your garden variery jack-off session? If so how? I mean how many hands do you have?

LOL. I’m not currently sexually active (except random hook ups).

What I do is when I’m planning on measuring I get a porno on and beat my mister until I feel as though I’ll be cumming in a few strokes. I then stop and let it reach it’s fullest possible and then measure. I don’t measure each time I beat off, lol, and I don’t measure when I’m being brought to orgasm via a female. I find that your erection (especially girth) can vary a lot from beginning boner to ejaculation. How do you expect to check if you’re making progress with your new routine. For me a 1/16 inch in girth is going to be very noticeable when I measure. I need to be at the exact same stage of boner when I measure to make sure it’s not a fluke. Agree or disagree?
