To Girth or To Length

I was very curious on this subject isn’t possible to lose .25” of BPEL due to EG gains??

If it is possible how could you counter it from gaining more EG than BPEL?

Anyone have a suggestions on this subject?

I’m really surprised no one had a reply on this matter. This could help out everyone any takers?

In about half hour you asked 3 times the same questions - this is a forum, not a chat, so wait a while.

So said, your questions arent’ that clear to me. Are you asking if girth gains do stop length gains? If so, there are already many, many threads on this subject. I’d suggest a search.

Occasionally someone just does girth work and no length work, and they say their BPEL has gone down a tiny bit. The only reason not to do any length work is if you already have all the length you want, in which case a tiny drop in length isn’t likely to matter much.

In fact if someone is just doing girth work, they probably need quite a bit more girth to balance their existing length, so a tiny length loss would bring their penis into better proportion!

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I can hardly believe you actually posted these one (1!!!) minute apart…

By the way, in my opinion if you lose something in a short time it never was a real gain, perhaps just a temporary stretching.

It is a common belief, one that I happen to share, that length gains can be more difficult to attain if you focus on and/or add girth first.

There are those that argue the point that expanding tissue in terms of girth gains without length exercises can cause mild or minimal retraction in length, but a perceived loss is more likely due to the normal issues such as weight gain or fluctuation in EQ.

Thanks everyone answering my questions my head is much clearer .

Next time I will be more patient sorry about that episode.

I’d like to add that some of the PE theories out there suggest that girth can be extremely difficult or impossible to add if you don’t stretch the tunica out first with length exercises. Take me for example: I was already very happy with my length and therefor focused heavily on girth for nearly 2 years without gaining anything other than an increase in EQ. Then when I finally started spending more time on manual stretching, and now finally adding an all-day-stretch (ADS), I started gaining girth a little bit more. Unfortunately, I think 2 years of girth work toughened up my tunica to something very difficult to expand.

I think the best PE routine is a balanced routine. Even if you’re already happy with your length, you should still do equal length and girth exercises, in my opinion.

Kinda like one of those long balloons clowns make into animals? If you don’t pre-stretch it, it’s really hard to blow up? Interesting…

My journey .... My pics

Start BPEL 6.50" x MSEG 5.00"

Now BPEL 7.625" x MSEG 5.25"

It will become weaker with time, SG. I don’t think all hopes are gone.

That would basically describe me too, SG. Almost exactly. Too much jelqing for the past 2 years and now I have developed an iron-like unstretchable tunica. Great for EQ though  but makes it difficult, perhaps impossible, to expand

So UFGator, if one where to stretch and jelq with hopefully equal tension applied for both types of forces - would that help to not have an “iron-like unstretchable tunica”?

And what exactly is “too much jelqing” for you?

Totally agree with that!

Should I place more emphasis on manual stretches, rather than jelqs when I first start out then. So I can gain much needed length, then add to the girth later on?
