To Girth or To Length

Work both together; the jelqs will help you get the most out of the stretches. But it is generally recommended to concentrate more on length than girth to start with if you need length.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

When I jelq I notice that at the end of the jelq the penis is basically stretched as much as I would see in a normal stretch. So Jelqs really are great for girth and length. I really think newbies should just stick to the basics stretch AND jelq (e.g newbie routine), I think they help each other. After this see what gains you get from it THEN change the routine going by what you have learned.

Right now I think I have a equal balanced routine been doing this routine fo 79 days now. I gained in .75” in BPEL and I gained .25” in EG. I think if I lose about 30 to 40 pounds I could even get more BPEL and NBPEL. That would be aswome. Especially for my NBPEL. But for now I will be doing this for a year . See where I’m at after that.

It is a very light newbie routine called PESG.

Some people change their routines even thou they are gaining great, don’t fix it if it ain’t broke right. :)

Yeah I’m not going to change until I stop gaining. Does a plateua mean I stopped gaining??

Say I stopped gaining how long should I keep doing it before I change the routine??? or do a decon break???

Change to stimulate growth can be very minor and still yield results to break a plateau. The body attenuates very quickly! Change tempo, number of days on/off, timing, etc.
