Hey everyone. My journey in PE has been a couple months of on and off consistency. Obviously I didn’t except to grow huge but I expected to grow. Which I was. Until about a month ago. I added in ULIS and shrunk now I’m down to my starting size it seems like and it’s really fucking irratating. I think I’m just going to quit as this is just becoming a waste of my time, to spend so much effort doing these exercises and receiving nothing in return.

Any inspiration or something would be helpful. Otherwise I’m going to quit doing these exercises daily as they are doing nothing but tiring my dick out.

My routine now is 100 dry jelqs-12 ulis-20 jelq squeezes and I have received -.4-5 girth!!! Not sure what to do. I might just start clamping as that seems to work for everyone for girth gains.

Sounds like so many gym-goers. They go to the gym sometimes 5 times a week, sometimes once. They over-train trying to make up for all the missed sessions. And after a couple of months they expect to see major changes, but see nothing, because they haven’t been consistent.

Every vet tells new guys to start with the Newbie or Linear Newbie Routine, and not to do ULIs and squeezes until they have done at least 3 months PE and their penis is ready for them. And most of all, the vets tell newbies that if they are not consistent, they will not gain. 2 months is barely any time to see results - it can take longer than that to learn to jelq effectively.

If you think that your very short routine is ‘so much effort’, and you expect to see results from an inconsistent routine in 2 months, then you are far too impatient to succeed at PE. I suggest you quit and take up something else that won’t be such a waste of your time.

If you are overtraining, which you are, it will hinder any gains but will also affect your EQ. How about going back to your routine before you included ulis? What way did you perform ulis - how hard did you squeeze, did you kegel while doing them, how long did you hold for, and what were the noticeable affects after doing them? More info will help the guys on here to help you.

Our PE journey can be a frustrating and complex one. I have gone many months in the past without gains, and then I fiddle around with part of my routine and then I am back into gains-ville! Sorry to hear about your issues, but finding the right routine and quantity for each person can be difficult. Even how many days you do and take off affects people differently.

@firegoat these were a dumb choice of words saying it was a lot of effort, it isn’t and I do realize that. I get it takes time, I bodybuild myself and I’m usually a very patient, hardworking person but this have frustrated me to no end as I don’t understand why I was gaining and now I’m just above my starting size which in my eyes was small.

I’ve been doing PE for about 4 months and at my peak when I was gaining I was about 5.25 girth and 7.2 nbp. I don’t remember what my routine was and now I’m stuck doing this routine which just feels like Nothing is happening and I end up skinnier.

When I uli I grip the base of my penis lightly and kegel as much blood as possible as I can before cutting off bloodflow, I go up a couple centimeters then drop back down a bit up another couple cm etc. when I finish the uli I’m usually chub halfway hard halfway soft.

My routine before this was 150 wet jelqs 30-40 jelq squeezes 10 rep sets and 1 minute handclamp. I don’t keep a log so I guess it serves me right. This routine is defiantly not working though or else I’m just fucked when it comes to PE, not sure.

If your penis shrinks after your routine it is a sure sign of going overboard. Trauma causes your penis to shrink. If you want it to grow you have to stimulate without causing damage.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yes but when it’s soft it’s usually bigger than normal. However sometimes I turtle. I think I’ll just go back to my previous routine as this one is causing shrinkage, soreness, and loss of girth.

Go back to your previous routine, it might help. Sounds like you are not conditioned enough for the ulis, and/or you are holding them too tight/too long. You should still be relatively hard after you perform them, slight dip in erection levels but not to a semi-flaccid/chubby state. You should feel engorged with them. Are you doing them when you are fully erect?

That may be the case as since I’ve been doing them I’ve been shrinking. Alright I’ll go back to my old routine and try it for a while. Should I take a couple rest days or no.

Do some rest days and ramp your old routine slowly(!) up.
Observe PI’s and adjust accordingly. If you have positive PI ‘s then keep on doing what you do.

I think many give up if no newbie gains are achieved.
Might take you years to find the right technique,time and intensity.

Most are not ready to do PE mentally.
Its no wonder most who do PE succesfully are older with all the skills that often come with age.
Took me years to do it right.

You should stop and consider if you have the mental fortitude it takes to stick through this program. I don’t mean to be too hard on you but coming on here with a dejected and defeated attitude looking for others to give you the strength and encouragement to better yourself is not the right frame of mind that’s going to help you succeed. You need to suck it up and refocus your mind on the task at hand: getting a bigger, better dick.

If something isn’t working, try something else. Asking question and searching the forums is great. Poor pitiful me, I’m going to quit unless somebody lifts me up isn’t going to give you a massive piece of man meat.

You should probably stop with the herion! I joke I joke, but maybe you’re just hitting a plateau.

Well I’m not really looking for pity and I don’t need anyone to lift me up. I was mostly just looking for any similar experiences anyone had of frustration and what they did to get past it.

The first post of mine was fairly bitchy and it’s actually embarrassing to look at now, no excuses for it really just frustration clouding my rational thoughts.

I do have the mental ability to do PE, just have had a frustrating month and this new routine I, for some reason, decided to go on is doing the exact opposite of what I hoped. So the answer? Go back to one that worked! Which is what I’m going to do.

Don’t worry not planning to go on the smack any time soon.

The whole reason I made this thread was basically to see if anyone else felt frustration too and why they did, how they coped with it, etc. I didn’t make this clear so I apologize

All I can say is try to stick with it, you’ll be kicking yourself in the butt in a month if you don’t.

Take care. PE is not for those that are inconsistent. Sounds like your time may be used more wisely elsewhere. Sadly that endeavor will suffer from the same lack of inconsistency.

We all feel challenged but after a decade of PE I’m still at it. Suck it up buttercup.
