Thinking of quiting

I agree with the others. Keep at it. You can do it! Use an approach that works for you. When that one no longer works, try a different one. Also, you might try visualizing how things could be. You might imagine yourself doing PE diligently everyday and imagine how big you ultimately want to become. You might do the visualizing every day. You may find that it helps you increase your drive to do PE.

Relentless dedication and commitment to PE and success in life. Where will you be in 10 years? Are you getting all of the available output?

PE can be frustrating from time to time, especially when you see lack of gains or bad EQ for a while. You just needed to vent. Now get back in the saddle and do the routine that suited you best. Sometimes certain exercises don’t work for some guys.

The first post of mine was fairly bitchy and it’s actually embarrassing to look at now, no excuses for it really just frustration clouding my rational thoughts.

I do have the mental ability to do PE, just have had a frustrating month and this new routine I, for some reason, decided to go on is doing the exact opposite of what I hoped. So the answer? Go back to one that worked! Which is what I’m going to do.

Don’t worry not planning to go on the smack any time soon.

The whole reason I made this thread was basically to see if anyone else felt frustration too and why they did, how they coped with it, etc. I didn’t make this clear so I apologize

You are overtraining. For one thing, ULI’s are an advanced exercise and are not for NEWBIES. You are still a newbie.

Good information on recovering from overtraining:

Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

Additionally you may be a "less is more" guy. Regular Newbie was to rough for me. I only started growing after backing way off from that. Only 90 jelqs a day and just 5 sets of 5 way stretches. With frequent days off.

Is starting out lesser necessarily better

Take off time and let your penis recover.

Then if you choose to PE, then start here:

Linear Newbie Routine

Well thank you all for the comments, negative and positive. I’m going to take a hiatus from PE for a while. I believe I was much to antsy to gain girth that I changed my working routine into something that has set me back to my starting girth. It’s very discouraging to be this thin again and it upsets me.

When I get back I’ll start with the routine that was working and hopefully get bigger from there because having this pipsqueak in my pants compared to its former size fucking blows.

Peace.

Started roughly: 6.3 x 4.4

5/21/2015: 7.2 x 5.3

3/06/2017 (have not done PE for 12+ months) 7 x 5 - 5.1

Everything starts with your mind. If you are already defeated going in nothing will change. Have the mind set of being happy with what you have and any gains are just gravy. It will make you worry less. It will make a drastic difference in all aspects of your life. Thats just my opinion, I went months without gains. Newbie multiple times, hanging, and clamping some. No real gains. Changed the routine and did it much less and BOOM quick quick gains over a 3 month timespan. Got to listen to your body and figure out what works for you.
