I’ve been lurking on this site for quite a while now. I finally started a routine. This will count as my first week even though I have done light exercises here and there(ya I’m a lazy F***). I’m starting with1) 5 minute warm up with heat pad (while doing kegels,), 2) 30 second stretches in 5 different directions, then 3) as many jelqs as possible in half hour ( aiming for 5 seconds each). Then a five minute heat pad warm down with kegels at same time. My kegels are held for 3 seconds. I am just starting off with this right now. In 2 weeks I will step it up. So far I’ve done 3 days in a row. I will take thursday friday saturday off (todays wednesday). I am planning a 4 day on 3 days off for the first month. If anyone has advice for me, let me know.
