I’ve been lurking on this site for quite a while now. I finally started a routine. This will count as my first week even though I have done light exercises here and there(ya I’m a lazy F***). I’m starting with1) 5 minute warm up with heat pad (while doing kegels,), 2) 30 second stretches in 5 different directions, then 3) as many jelqs as possible in half hour ( aiming for 5 seconds each). Then a five minute heat pad warm down with kegels at same time. My kegels are held for 3 seconds. I am just starting off with this right now. In 2 weeks I will step it up. So far I’ve done 3 days in a row. I will take thursday friday saturday off (todays wednesday). I am planning a 4 day on 3 days off for the first month. If anyone has advice for me, let me know. Sounds like a plan … as long as you can put the “lazy F****” part behind you.

Certainly you need to start slowly and not injure yourself … but in my opinion, the sooner you can get to a 6 day a week routine, the better. Particularly if you struggle with consistency.


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

GBalls, if I were you, I would start with a lower amount of jelqing, say 15 minutes (instead of half hour). After a month you will see whether you gained with that amount or not. If yes, you spared a lot of time and also let yourself more room for stepping your routine. If 15 minutes was not effective, you can increase the volume next month. Only my 2 cents.

Yea I want to start off slow, but I want to see gains in the next couple of months aswell. I will most likely change my routine to 20 minutes of jelqing just so I don’t injure myself. How much, in terms of gains, do you guys think a month of this workout can provide me? Thanks guys

Also whats the word on jerking off after a workout (workout consisting of stretch, jelq, and warmup/warmdowns)? It just feels that much better after a nice workout but it seems to shrivel up after jacking off

I don’t think there is an exact answer to this. Expect no gains, and then you will be happy with any gains you get. Measure after a month and results will tell you if this routine works for you or not.

As for jerking off after a PE routine: the opinion I read around here is that you should wait a couple of hours to pass after your routine before you jerk off and ejaculate.

Yea, I should really stop myself from jerking off afterwards. It’s just tempting when I’m doing edging after a nice jelq session. It is just awesome LOL. Ya I will restrict my self from that from now on.

I’d say the consensus is that there is no consensus about masturbation and gains. I find it beneficial for myself to masturbate as little as possible. I would also cut down the jelq time and number of days on in a row. 2 on 1 off is recommended for newbs. I’ve been doing this for over 2 years and More than 3 days straight of any kind of PE kills my erections and flaccid.

For me I gain all this girth , But I never masturbate .

I would back way off on the time spent jelqing to start with. Some guys respond better to a “less is more” approach. NEW newbie + advanced routine and you won’t know if that is you unless you give it a shot.

Usually, yes, but it doesn’t really matter. I usually have a semi.
