While I’m a long time member of the community, I’ve been primarily a lurker, hiding behind shadows. Mostly because I was never able to find enough time to devote to P.E.

I still don’t know all the acronyms/terminology/methods of measuring, so my signature may be incorrect.

However, starting May 29th (or I suppose you can just say June), I am a Korean starting off with flaccid measurements of a measly 2-2.5 inches hanging and 5.5(ish) when I pull on the head.

My erect length is about 5 inches and 5.5 at bone pressed.

My girth is 5.6 around the middle, and it’s fairly even from start to finish, a little thinner near the base.

Being a smaller flaccid size makes it harder for me to do a lot of the proper exercises that I just skimmed with, but I’ve went ahead and started preparing myself by creating some d.I.y. Tools/aids, they are the following;

A Rice Sock
A Chicken Choker 3 (with two 2.5 lb weights)
An ADS
A wrapping set(the theraband + cotton strip duo)

I plan on starting an official routine of

Warm Up - 10min
Dry Jelqing - 5min
ADS - 20 min
Wet Jelqing - 5 min
Helicopter Stretch - 1-3 min
Warm Down - 10 min

My small flaccid size makes it hard for me to do some of the recommended PE for beginners, and I feel like since I’ve always jelqed on and off here and there, that I might have already gained girth that I never measured.

Any recommendations on helping change my 2.5ish flaccid hanger into a 5inch flaccid hanger?
I should mention I’m a little bit on the overweight side, so maybe just working out will help bring my flaccid size out by an inch or so, but I’d still like to bring my flaccid to a longer hang size.

Also, recommendations in general for a moderate newbie (who has the aforementioned tools) ?

I’ll be keeping a moderate weekly journal at first, and based on progress, it may become either biweekly or monthly.

On the bright side, you have above average girth! Congratulations.

Your routine looks good, but you will probably be told to stick to the newbie routine.

Nice girth man! I started at 5.5 BPEL and now 6.25+. Personally I would suggest doing the newbie routine if you are just starting. That’s where all my gains have come from. If your a newbie I would suggest waiting on the ADS until your newbie gains plateau.

Ye I agree, sounds a bit extreme to start off with, although if you’ve been jelqing for a while then your cock might be able to take the more extreme routine. But nevertheless, maybe the routine is fine as long as the exercises are not performed over intensely. Good look and great girth (which is what matters most women reckon), wish I had that girth. Maybe one day

I was going to start my routine this morning but I got called in to work early, now I find out that I won’t be able to do it tonight either, other plans came up.

So I think I’ll set my routine aside, look up the newbie routine before I go, and adjust my own routine and start tomorrow night. (Mmmm, memorial day weekend :] )

Also, yeah. I had an ex, who upon being dumped by moi, complained to her new boyfriend, a friend of mine, that I was never as big as he was. After he dumped her too (she’s a crazy chick.. Really crazy.) she revealed to a third pal that even though I wasn’t as long, I beat him out in terms of thickness.

So, I guess I do have an above average thickness, but I’d definitely like to balance that thickness out with some length, otherwise I’m practically a square penis. 5.5 x 5.5 :P

I just jotted down the Newbie Routine onto the computer for offline access.

I think I’ll follow this for at least a month and record the progress. Hopefully it will be positive progress and will persuade me to keep going!

Since I’m also losing weight left and right, I expect my flaccid and nbpel to be visually longer. So I’m just stating that now, a disclaimer if you will. My results will be a mix between the Newbie Method, years of on-again-off-again jelqing, and weight loss.

Nice to see a fellow Korean on the forum. I read somewhere that if you lose about 15lbs total body weight you should be able to lose about an inch of fat pad and make your penis larger. But that is a nice girth.
