Starting PE, then Starting again

I started PE a few years ago and noticed some results. For some reason (I don’t remember exactly why) I stopped. When I first started I was 4.15” EG and 5.25” NBPEL. After a couple months I measured 4.25” EG and still about 5.25” NBPEL.

I started again about a year ago and within a few weeks noticed results in girth, going from 4.25 to 4.37 in a couple weeks. I also went from 5.25 to 5.5” in length. I didn’t’t notice much more gain over the next several months (about 3 months), and I again quit PE, because of living conditions.

Recently (starting 4/23/10), I have started PE again. And once again I noticed immediate results. I am now 4.6” EG, and 5.5” NBPEL. However, these gains came quickly and I have not noticed any gains within the last 6 weeks. It seems that every time I start over I have better gains. I know PE works, but it seems that my prolonged exercises are of little benefit, and that I should take months off in between to get best results.

Has anyone else had similar experience? Or had better luck with different exercises ( I stick to the newbie routine most of the time, but obviously increase time spent on the exercises)?

I am also considering buying an extender, but haven’t heard a lot of success stories about them. If anyone has any experience I would love to hear about it.

Good for you man, You have kept a good log and you have noticed a pattern of how your growth occurs. This is very important because alot of guys, including myself, tend to over train and just keep pulling or squeezing without trying to take some time off and seeing if that makes a difference. Even though decon breaks have been mentioned many times before, I personally think your onto something here, the fact that you keep getting newbie gains after a long decon.

I’ve found too that if I stop PE I can lose some definition and results etc. But like a bodybuilder, I find getting back there not too difficult.

Start- Some time in 2004.. 6" BPEL, 4.5" Mid-EG (Really lazy at PE)

Current.. 7.8" BPEL, 5.7" Mid-EG

Goal(Time to get serious).. 8" BPEL, 6" Mid-EG

Stick with it man.

First off, i wanna say that i think this is how it works for some. Personally i gained 1/2 inch during a 6 month break (and im waay past puberty and didnt loose any weight).

I also wanna ask some questions:
1. Can you list the routines you used and what dates you were using them. Detailed please, if you remember.
2. List your periods of non-PE ?
3. During your routines, did you regularly experience a feeling of being “worked out” in your penis and ligaments in between sessions? Did you ever have pain or dull ache?
