Slow to pump up
I’m new to the training here, just finishing the first week of PE. I’m doing the newbie routine, just a little less on the jelqs and more on the stretches. I can BTW during the work day, and at night while I sleep because I’m on my back and don’t move. I’ve noticed after a week, I am having a difficult time getting the pumped up effect while doing the jelqs, it’s been only for the last few days. At first, no problem, kind of impressive. Is it advisable to use arousal as a technique to pump up, I’ve tried kegels with no effect until semi erect. I’ve been doing kegels for 6 months now and know that I’m doing them properly.
