I just signed up today and have spent the day reading. I am putting together a routine and am hopeful for some gains. A few questions I am unable to use my right arm, can someone shed some light on the best technique to jelq only having one hand? Second question is it best to focus on one area for a given period or until the results die off either girth or length or can you effectively work on both at the same time. I watched a video that I Google and it showed a guy with a cock ring jelqing is that an advanced method? Sorry my head is filled with questions I have been reading alot about lot and stretching. Does it matter whether you are standing or lying to figure out lot. Also I read about where you penis exits the body high or low someone quoted 2.5 inches from there anus. I guess curiously how do you figure this out and how can it make a difference? Thanks again for your responses

Welcome to the forum.

Try dry jelqing (especially easy if you haven’t gone through male genital mutilation) with an overhand grip after a thorough warm up. Once you get proficient and have built up your BC muscle with kegels, you might want to try adding a kegel in between strokes to force in more blood.

It’s probably best to stick with a variant of the Newbie Routine until gains fade but changing it up is an important part of PE. You have to Spanish Inquisition your penis.

Try without a cock ring. It’s good to gain proficiency before you try the stupid stuff. Then you know how stupid it is :)

Ignore LOT. Anyone who states their penis starts 2.5” from their anus is probably either a basketball player or doesn’t understand that the root of the penis is internal.

I tried the stretching I noticed it says don’t grab the head/gland but alot of videos show guy using an overhand grip just above the head. Lastly it really only shows them pulling it down. I jelqed for 15 mins but I think after rereading I needed to slow down and grip tighter. So with dry jelqing you grip tightly pulling the skin forward and slightly reduce the pressure on the down stroke. Do I have this correct? It is to engorge and force extra blood in the shaft. Sorry for the dumb questions.

For jelqing I could suggest you the V jelq. I PM’d some fella latelly about news on his gains and EQs, he told me he was doing the V jelq. A sort of jelq that really gets the CC, he told me. He also told me a friend of his was starting to PE alongside with him, both started the regular OK grip jelq. Worked for his friend, not for him. After trying the V jelq, he showed amazing fast gains of 2 in. Im focusing on that later, Im still trying to catch the actual exercise still haha :D

I have a short dick, lots of scrotal skin (turkey neck), and ED so I almost always do one handed jelqs. I start by doing either of the two grips, (underhand seems to work best) but when my hand reaches the bottom of the grands I give it a little squeeze to force a little more blood into the glans. I then release the grip and quickly regrip again at the base before all the blood has a chance to escape and continue as above. Probably not as efficient as a two handed jelq, but it gets the job done.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

No, not V stretching, I really meant V jelqing. Thunder’sPlace tutorial section doesn’t indeed mention it, try searching it elsewhere.

V Jelqing guides are over at pegym.

V jelqing is not my cup of tea. I’m uncut and Dry feels best.
