Hey all,
basically I’m just through with my first month of PE and things are going pretty good. I don’t think I’ve gained much, or anything, but I do love these harder erections and veins bulging out of my member!

Anyway I just have a question about jelqing and basically what my question is: When performing a jelq, must you ensure that you don’t loosen your jelqing hands grip before applying the other hand? So in other words at the end of a jelq just before you change hands, is it extremely important that you grip the base of your unit before you let go of the jelq?

The reason I ask this question is because I find it hard to maintain an erection (mainly due to watching too much porn and de-sensitizing my unit and the fact that jelqing is in no way stimulating to me), so after 3-4 jelqs my 70% erection subsides into a more 40%-ish one and I have to stop jelqing to manually stimulate myself harder.

I’m not that far into PE myself, but I think that it is not necessary to ensure a continuous grip on the unit. It may be even better to give it 1-2 seconds of rest to keep the blood flowing an tissues relaxed, in order to stress them again.

Yeah that’s what my thoughts were too, it’s just that in the instructional videos the guy performing the jelqs seems to make sure he places a base grip before letting go of the first hand. Cheers for answering, anybody else, maybe a vet wanna give some info on this?

Maintain the grip. By the time your lead hand is approaching the glans, your following hand should grip and follow, maintaining engorgement and full expansion. The idea being that this is working the tissue and maintaining expansion beyond what your unit is used to. You may find that you lose erections more often when you first start and that’s ok. Over time you will get better at the routine and exercise. I always do wet jelqs, 1-3 second tempo with good form. I sometimes have to pause and bring my level back to the 60-70% range, I view it as an opportunity to stretch, v, you and get comfortable, then back to the jelq. It is also good to pause occasionally with both grips in place and balloon the mid-shaft a bit. Others may have different views of course, but I’ve cemented over an inch of girth gains with that routine. I think it’s important to grip at the base before you let go of the grip at your glans. You keep the blood in there and keep the expansion that way. I loose my erections often when I jelq but I do kegels to keep some blood in there and after a little while of jelqing I good allot of blood in the penis to work with so I don’t need an erection, it is engorged anyway. And when it’s engorged and bigger then normal without having an erection it’s easy to do the stretch jelq. Make a really tight grip, that way you pull the ligaments when you jelq and when you get to the head give it an extra pull to stretch it. But you should never loose all of the blood, keep doing kegels and if you feel the dick is just a normal flaccid, not engorged or expanded, then you work up a new erection. Then you start all over again, normal jelqing as long as you have an erection. When the erection goes down you work with the blood expansion still in your penis and do some jelq stretches. I like this type of jelqing. I get good expansion and a really nice big flaccid afterwards. I think it’s a good length routine. Jelqing with to much erection is more of a girth routine.

Try this:

1. Pre warm for 2-3 minutes in hot (just tolerable) water
2. Jelq at 60%+/- 10% erection for 15-20 minutes, 1-3 second tempo, moderately heavy grip, good form
3. Every few minutes, maintain forward grip at glans, maintain grip at base and balloon mid-shaft
4. After ballooning, carefully apply bends in all 4 directions then continue jelq at 1-3 second tempo
5. After jelqing, post warm 2-3 minutes in hot (just tolerable) water

I use a water based lubricant from Wal Mart, costs about $3 and I always stay very lubed up. During ballooning or bends, I pay very close attention to internal pressures.

If I reach a 80% or so erection level, I will pause and allow it to subside, then restart at the 50% or so mark.

After a good jelq session, it is very common to experience noticeable retraction. That is a pretty common reaction to working your unit beyond what it is used to.

I jelq every other day and/or 3 days per week.

With this jelq routine I have noticed:
1. Over 1” of permanent girth gain that has been maintained after quitting PE for a couple of years.

2. Erection quality during the time that I jelqed on this schedule was beyond amazing. My wife actually complained that I was to hard!

3. My control during sex was vastly improved. I came only when I was ready to.

Jelqing works. It took me from a starting stat of 4.125” EG to 5.25” EG in roughly 1 year of time. Good form, patience and believing is the ticket to success! Good luck and happy jelqing!

Wow, thanks for the replies and in regards to your routine 9_inch_richard I think it sounds pretty good. Could you possibly elaborate on the “balloning of the shaft” please? I don’t quite understand it. I know you were all saying to ensure the base grip is there before releasing the first jelqing hand in order to maintain engorgement but I simply get too soft too soon. What I have been doing so far is I get to a 70% erection level and do a slow medium grip jelq, I then release the hand and hold a hard 4 second kegel to engorge the penis with blood again. Then I apply my base grip and I simply rinse and repeat, so that way I’m always pretty engorged how does that sound to you guys?
